Champions Gate Resort is perfectly located with easy access to all of the Orlando attractions including the World Class Theme Parks, Outlet Shopping Malls and Championship Golf Resorts. There is a vast range of Excellent Restaurants nearby with everything from American Style Bar and Grills to Roof Top Fine Dining at 5 Star Hotels.

Our stunning two storey home is simply beautiful. The sophisticated style chosen offers a wonderful cool colour scheme that is refreshingly elegant and bright, making the most of the wonderful Florida climate.

The uncompromising quality of the interior is shown to its best advantage in the open plan design to the ground floor, and with the Luxury and comfort that this glamourous home offers, it is wonderful opportunity to enjoy your holiday in this spacious family accommodation.

The Living Area is beautiful and is positioned to the rear of the home with views to the pool area, which is an added bonus for those travelling with children as you can still keep watch over them from the lounge area. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a Large Television making the living area an ideal place for everyone to gather in the evening and enjoy a movie or a ball game at the end of a busy Florida day.

The Kitchen is very stylish and is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, from a quick breakfast or Lunch that can be taken at the very practical breakfast bar that includes comfortable stools and a great place to chat with your guests while preparing dinner.

The Dining Area is stunning with the sophisticated flair that is so evident throughout the home, with a striking dining table that will accommodate all your guests. This is another great place for the family to gather in the evenings and perhaps plan more trips while enjoying some home cooking.

The Outside has a fair sized pool deck which is an added bonus in town homes, and great to enjoy a quick dip before breakfast or after a long day in the parks. There is a covered lanai with table and chairs where you can sample the delights of outdoor dining, be that an early breakfast or some nibbles and a refreshing drink at the end of the day.

The Bedrooms are absolutely beautiful, all with an amazing interior that offers luxury and comfort. The rooms will offer a little haven to retreat to at the end of a busy day, or for a little quiet time to relax before joining the other guest for dinner.

The bedroom line up consists of:

Bedroom 1 – (downstairs) King Suite with Ensuite facilities next door. This includes separate shower and single basin unit. There is a King Bed and a Television in this sumptuous room.

Bedroom 2 – (upstairs) King Suite is a beautiful stylish room and includes a Television and Ensuite facilities of a bath with shower and a double basin unit.

Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) Is a Bunk Bedroom that will delight siblings, friends or cousins travelling together. It also includes a TV.

Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) Twin bedroom with another stunning interior that includes Twin Beds and a Television.

Pool heater is Electric appox $20 a day – min 3 days required.

    Sleeping was horrible. The sheets would not stay on the bed because they were so old and worn out in the elastic. And they were all balled up and you could feel it on your legs when you got into bed. … More

    Thank you for your feedback, I will have my property manager look to change the bedding. i just wish you had told us this during your stay as we could have replaced the items for you. We keep sheets, pillows etc in stock so it would have been a quick fix.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
