Delightful, modern, comfortable and functional apartment is located in the heart of the historic center. The stop of the free shuttle, which allows you to reach the most important monuments, is only 30 m away. Restaurants, markets and pubs are a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is furnished and equipped and equipped with all comforts including air conditioning. The heating is autonomous and the building is equipped with double glazed windows that make it particularly quiet. . Upon arrival all guests, including minors, must present a valid identity document, pay the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person / night for a maximum of 4 nights, children under 12 years are exempt. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Donatella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
