The historic market town of Villefranche de Rouergue is approximately 20 minutes’ drive with all main supermarkets and commerce.
The house is also within easy reach of the medieval town of St Antonin Noble Val (20 minute drive) which was the location for the film 'The Hundred Foot Journey' starring Helen Mirren. With its varied sporting activities, including: kayaking, rock climbing, zip wire, horse riding etc, the surrounding countryside also provides ample opportunities for walking with around 35 local mapped hiking routes & cycling (the Tour de France passed through Caylus in 2016). The area offers deep history, combined with varied geography and scenery.
The Property

There is ample parking to the rear of the property as well as a small garage.
