It is a beach house that is 5/10 minutes walk from two stunning beaches (S. Julião and Foz do Lizandro), 25 minutes from Sintra with its magical monuments and 40 minutes from Lisbon airport;

It is a house that combines the simplicity of forms with the refinement of details, with excellent views of the sea, full of natural light, this offers the best of both worlds, the peace of the countryside and the sea air.

It is a great area for bike rides along the mountains and along the river and sea (free bikes).

Equipped with various barbecue facilities and furniture for outdoor dining and leisure.

The pool is great for immersion baths, well located on a large terrace protected from the north, with immense sun that warms the water to a pleasant temperature, inviting you to hours of relaxation or play.

For those who want to surf, there is a chance to book lessons (with transport and equipment included), for support we have an excellent shower also on the terrace for quick baths, washing of boards and suits.

The villa has a very pleasant space around the house, next to the pool as well as free private car parking inside the property.

We also have the possibility to provide service contacts and other local activities (surfing, massages, horse riding) for a vacation that we wish to be a dream where you can have fun and be happy!

Why can't I call Tânia (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tânia (the owner) a message.

If Tânia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
