Description

The house is located facing the sea. The beach is in front of the residence, five steps from the house. The town of Cannigione is very close, with all the services, shops and supermarkets. The house has two bedrooms, one double and one small bedroom with a bunk bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed and in the loft another single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also a large terrace with a table. The kitchen is equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery and all the necessary provisions. There are no personal sheets and towels. You can still rent them at reasonable prices at the laundries on site. Ample parking in the residence. For any questions you can contact me when you want.

Getting around

You can visit dream places by car, and stop in Porto Cervo, Porto Quato, Liscia di Vacca, etc. The Costa Smeralda is all wonderful !!! They are dream beaches !!! In front of the door however we have the beach with a crystal clear sea. To go shopping, to the right we find 2 km Cannigione and on the left 2 km Tancamanna, where there are supermarkets, and all kinds of shops, to make daily expenses.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
