Passing rocky roads and rice paddies, Villa Kami features a private parking area that connects to the sprawling and spacious lush green garden like a private tropical paradise just for your and your friends and family to enjoy. The expansive manicured green grass lawn invites kids to kick a ball and run around. At the same time, the lawn lends itself perfectly for garden cocktail and BBQ parties.

The outdoor area also boasts a large private swimming pool to dip into, encompassed by a timber deck with wooden reclining chairs for sunbathing and comfy orange bean bags for chilling and relaxing with friends, music and cocktails. The living pavilion features a tropical open-plan design for guests to get a sense of the easy and wonderful tropical life, without giving in on modern comforts. Big rattan lamps cascade down from the high soaring alang alang thatched rooftop, illuminating the dining and sitting area in the evening after sunset. The teak timber dining table comes with stylish leather designers chairs and the sitting area features two daybed-style Balinese sofas to relax, read a book, watch some TV or whatever - you are on holiday, after all!

The kitchen comes with a bar and stylish designers stools to sit and have drinks together at any time of the day. All kitchenware needed is available. There is even a Nespresso coffee machine to get your caffeine shot in the morning. Up for some in-villa pampering? Get the staff to arrange a spa therapist to come to the villa - there is a breezy open-air massage area found on the first floor, complete with two massage beds. The gorgeous holiday estate that Villa Kami is houses a total of 4 bedroom suites and it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

All bedrooms feature air-conditioning and private en-suite bathrooms.The master bedroom is found up on the first floor, adjoined by a balcony that leads to the massage area. This opulent bedroom is furnished with a romantic king-size bed draped in white curtains. The room features an in-room bathtub as well as a separate shower cabin and there is a generous wardrobe closet equipped with a safe to store valuable items. Below the master suite, adjoined by the pool deck, there are two more comfy and restful bedroom suites, each featuring a king-size bed, spacious white wardrobe closets and tropical open-air en-suite bathrooms fitted with rain showers, washbasins and toilets.The last bedroom is more like a stand-alone family bungalow, featuring a king-size and twin beds, so parents and kids can stay together in one room (twin beds is additional charge). The mezzanine makes a great playing area for kids. The bungalow features a walk-in wardrobe closet and an open-air en-suite bathroom to enjoy a shower in tropical atmospheres.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
