Looking to rent an awesome Villa in Canggu, Bali? Jasmine Garden Villas has something for everyone

Surrounded by fields of rice and located next to the Bali Equestrian Center, this 3 villa complex is centrally located and just a 5 minute drive from the Canggu Club, Berawa Beach, Echo Beach and Batu Bolong Beach

The Villas are set in a 3 in 1complex with accommodations available singularly or in combination. A 15 meter swimming pool and a gazebo lounge highlight a common garden area

Villa # 1 is a 2 bedroom pad (king and single bed)

Villa # 2 is a 2 bedroom house (2 queen size beds)

Villa # 3 is a 2 story mansion with a scenic deck and 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 1 single)

- All the Villa is an open concept architecture, which allow you to enjoy nice rice field and ocean breeze and provide privacy when you close all them up .

- The Villa Rental will be can be include car for 10 hours + driver + Gasoline. ( you can an Extra 50 $ and extra 5 $ per hour if u need more than 10 hours )

- We have daily housekeeping and 24 hours security . ( you can ask the security to help you around such as run to market to buy things you need )

- We will also provide Starter Breakfast such as Bread , Egg and Milk. Near by the Canggu Club there is Expat Store where you can buy Bacon or Cereal you like .

- Also next to the Villa there is Bali Equestrian Center ( where you can google the location so you know exactly the location of the Villa , or you can click the location link on the Jasmine Villa Garden FB Group description )

- The Villa rental that include all of that I normally would charge 380 $ for 3 bedroom plus 10 hours Car ( Driver and gas are included ) and all the benefit. But I can make special arrangement price for you to enjoy the Villa and the pool and the surrounding nature

Our rates are as follows:

Each of Jasmine Garden Villa Complex have 3 Individual Villa, can comfortably accommodate a maximum of two guests per room. If you require an extra person to stay, this is possible – however additional charges apply and you must organize this with our booking agent prior to confirming your booking.

High Season:

• Jul 1st to Sep 30th

Minimum stay

Minimum five (3) nights stay in Low, High and Peak Seasons. 3 nights may be considered with last minute bookings.

Payments

All Rates are in USD $ and are subject to 15% Government Taxes and Service Charges.

*Payment must be made by PayPal or by direct bank transfer in USD$. (A $50 booking fee applies to all PayPal payments). Rates are converted into USD$ at the applicable time of billing.

*Because we are a small-family run business, we request at the time of booking, a deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. With the balance to be paid one month prior to your stay.

Why can't I call Rachel (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rachel (the owner) a message.

If Rachel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
