Affitto all'Isola d'Elba un appartamento molto arieggiato e fresco, ideale per le vacanze nel borgo medievale di Sant'Ilario (200 . sul livello del mare) che si sviluppa su due piani: 2 camere da letto (2 posti letto per camera) per un totale di 4 posti letto, cucina, soggiorno, 2 bagni completi con box doccia e un disimpegno.

L' appartamento è in ottime condizioni , è ammobiliato e ben accessoriato disponendo di 1 tv (in salotto), lavatrice, 2 divani, forno elettrico, forno a microonde,un bollitore,tre ventilatori a piantana,phon etc...

Sant'Ilario si trova immerso nel verde a pochissimi minuti di auto dalle rinomate spiagge di Cavoli,Marina di Campo,Procchio,Fetovaia ecc...In paese si gode di tranquillità e di una profumata e piacevolissima brezza che soffia quasi sempre.A pochi metri da casa vi è un ristorante/bar che fornisce gratuitamente alla clientela una connessione internet wi-fi.

Infine di solito trovare un posto al vicino parcheggio gratuito non é un problema!

    Sono felice che abbiate passato una buona vacanza nella mia struttura. Devo però puntualizzare che la casa è stata INTERAMENTE RISTRUTTURATA ,che uno dei due divani e per esattezza il grande prontoletto da tre posti ha soltanto un anno mentre il piccolo da due posti lo sostituirò a maggio. A presto.

    Casa carina, fresca e silenziosa in un borgo bellissimo. Cucina e camera al piano superiore con soffitto un po' basso...... Camera e bagno al piano inferiore invece molto comodi.....

    How do damage deposits work?

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
