This brand new penthouse is in a quiet peaceful area very close to all the Beaches, Promenade, Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Bus Terminus and all other amenities. Fully Air-Conditioned/Heating and comes with a Free Wifi and Cable TV. This stylish penthouse is Fully Equipped including Sun Loungers and dining furniture in the large front terrace with Distant Sea Views. Free Parking Spaces are available on the same road of the apartment. This apartment has got a unique holiday feeling!!

Come and unwind in the large bright open plan kitchen/dining/ living area (air conditioned) after a hectic day. Chill out with a nice refreshing cocktail of your choice while watching a sunset in the spacious front terrace which is equipped with sun-loungers and outdoor dining furniture. Relax in the spacious master bedroom which comes with a baby cot (air-conditioned) or if you are more then 2 guests there is another bedroom with 2 single beds (air conditioned). For those who is looking for an afternoon breeze in the hot summer months there is another cool terrace at the back of this apartment or you can use it for the laundry. The kitchen comes fully equipped for self catering stays and there is a family bathroom with a bath and shower.  We are giving free WiFi Internet to stay in touch and cable TV to all our guests.

This bright and airy penthouse is located on the 7th floor and is served with a lift to the 6th floor so there is 1 level of stairs to reach it. Also for those who would like to rent a car there is plenty of free parking spaces available on the same road of the apartment. It is perfectly located just a stone throw away from the bus terminus giving cheap and easy access to the island. At an easy walking distance there is a water park for the kids to have fun for free, high standard lidos for those who wanna spend a day next to a pool with a glass of wine or for those who are more active and adventures there is a vast varieties of water sports.This penthouse is one of the best rental places in Bugibba not only for its location but for the apartment its self which has a unique holiday feeling. 

House Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment although guests may do so on the terrace.

 

Extra set of linen is available for FREE for stays over 7 days and in summer season we also provide a beach towel for every guest for FREE.

Listed Prices include 25 Kwh of electricity per day which is more than enough for normal use of the apartment. Additional electricity consumption is charged at 0.35c euro per unit.

Check-in: after 15:00, Check-out: before 11:00.

A €30 fee applies for check-ins after 8.30pm and €10 for check-outs before 6am.

Airport transfers to and from the apartment are available on request and for an additional fee.

Before checking-out, guests are asked to ensure that all debris and rubbish are placed in the rubbish bin. The Oven / Hob / Microwave and the Fridge are left clean and in a proper state. All the dishes are left cleaned and placed in the cupboard.

Dear Sandra, Thanks for your review we take customers opinions very seriously as it helps us To improve our accommodation. I'm glad you liked the welcoming pack and the apartment including the location. I wonder how it took you 10mins to go to the square, as it's only 2 mins away and even if you walk slowly it will only takes 5 mins. Just want to reply about the lights: Bathroom lights been changed since then as one of the bulbs gone off. The kitchen and living room lights are bright and the shades are white so full light will appear in the dark. If you needed a reading light where is a big side lamp next to the sofa with 3 bulbs installed. Re mattress it's orthopedic mattress and fairly new so I can't understand how it was lumpy and uncomfortable. No one ever complained about it. The sheets we provide them fleecy for winter season so it will be nice warm And cosy. If you didn't like them you only had to tell us so when we changed them for free after a week we should of provided the cotton ones. We also changed the towels and bathroom carpet for you for free after the first week as you wished and as a good will because as stated on the advert only the sheets meant to be changed for free after first week. Toilets rolls are provided when check in takes place, when that runs out you need to purchase them. About the baby cot bed all you needed is to ask us to move it and we were gonna be more then happy to do that for you. But to be fair it only blocks 2 wardrobe doors from 6 doors.
