Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Nice location and comfortable apartment” The apartment is in a good central location for seeing the main island and Gozo? It is a short walk to St. Paul's square which is bubbling with activity and close to the sea, buses and food shops are close by as well as many restaurants.
The apartment is bright, large and very clean. We appreciated the convenience that Rodney provided transport from and to the airport. He is most helpful in explaining the apartment and surroundings and thoughtful by dropping off water bottles for us.
The beds are comfortable and rooms very quiet away from the street activity.
All in all we enjoyed our 2 week stay in the apartment and Malta.
“Perfect apartment, perfect location ensured a perfect holiday!!” Arriving in the early hours of the morning, with 2 five year olds, is never going to be fun....however when you're greeted with a face as friendly as kenneth's, any worries or reservations you may have, will quickly fade away.
On entering the apartment we were thrilled to discover that it was just as the pictures had shown and also felt much bigger. It had everything we could possibly have needed and the level of cleanliness was like nothing we had ever experienced before in any self catering apartment - it was exceptionally clean. Even the outside terrace was spotless - an ideal area for the children to play safely.
The apartment is located next door to a fantastic bar (also owned by Kenneth & his brother Glenn) and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that at no time, could any noise from the bar be heard in the apartment.
The location of the apartment was perfect. A 2 minute walk from the main square of Bugibba and the beach, it really could not be positioned better. Oh and how could I possibly forget the Ice cream shop on the corner - not ideal for the waistline but undoubtably the best ice cream you will ever taste!!
Having a maltese father has meant my family and I have visited Malta a lot over the years and stayed in many different hotels / apartments. I can honestly say that I have never stayed in an apartment where I have felt so comfortable and so at home that I didnt want to leave.
On behalf of my family, I would like to thank Kenneth & Glenn for their incredible hospitality during our stay and I would urge anybody thinking of booking.....to just book!! If you dont someone else will and you will have missed the chance to stay in this beautiful apartment!!!!
