Central location between Opera, Váci utca and National Museum.

Recently refurbished, comfy 31sqm downtown studio with balcony for 2 guests. It is located just 80m from the city's main avenue Rákóczi út, with excellent public transport connections (Astoria or Deák tér metro stations) and attractions (Opera, National Museum, Váci utca) within walking distance.

The studio has 1 room, balcony, kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub and antechamber. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary tools for self-catering.

The room has a real double-bed 140x200cm, bed linen are provided and 2 towels for each guest.

The balcony overlooks to the garden in the backyard, a calm and green island in the downtown.

A Tesco mini market is just around the corner, but also a 0-24 grocery is very close for shopping your daily needs.

For evening programs you will find many restaurants and popular pubs in the neighbourhood (Kazinczy street, Gozsdu court) to discover and enjoy, without the need of travelling home at the end of the evening.

Prices include water, electricity, heating, bed linen and towels, local tax and final cleaning.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send András (the owner) a message.

If András (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
