From the owner

La Cascade has been renovated by its British expatriate owner keeping the original features of the property preserved and installed modern enhancements that are in keeping with this homely property. The feature kitchen is custom built with high performance multi-function oven, gas hobs, programmable microwave, steamer, built in refrigerator and dishwasher. Recent enhancements to the property include a glass front wood burning stove, double glazing throughout, Brand new gas central heating boiler with thermostatic radiator valves for optimum comfort.

Villa La Cascade is let with four bedrooms, kitchen/diner/Snug combined. Accommodate up to 16 people. And with option of studio 1, affords an additional 4 gives a capacity of 20.

Studio 1 is let separately having its own external access discounted rate is applied if required with the Villa.

Despite its close proximity to the village centre, La Cascade is in a most quiet location situated on a minor road opposite park greffie. The .75 M ck insulated walls and discrete location means that guests are guaranteed a peaceful stay. The villa is gas centrally heated, with individual temperature control in each room for optimum comfort.

All bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities. All showers are fitted with thermostatic controls for comfort and safety.

La Cascade's master bedroom suite is a duplex on the first floor consisting of a bathroom, toilet and dressing room which gives access, via a spiral staircase, to the attic living area and bedroom Area which are separated by a low roof beam.

A secure heated equipment room is provided. Suitable for storage of ski's/boards and Mountain bikes.

The equipment room also houses a washing machine and drier that is available to guests.

The Villa is equipped with Broadband Wi Fi and complimentary guest access.

Children's Play area has recently been installed opposite the Villa in Park Greffie.

There is public parking opposite the Villa, adjacent to Park Greffie.

La Cascade is less than a one minute walk to the town centre shops, ski hire shop, restaurants, bars, Casino and nightclubs. The spa is less than 2 minutes the best bakery a little further up the high street but well worth it.
