Couchage et rangement: 1 grand lit double (king size 180 cm, matelas d'une seule pièce) dans la grande chambre-mezzanine en haut + 1 lit double (140 cm), 1 chambre avec 2 lits simples (90 cm) en bas, 1 autre chambre plus petite en bas avec 1 lit double (140 cm). Oreillers et couettes. Armoires et bacs de rangements sont disponibles.
Terrain: Tout l’hectare est clôturé. La partie Sud/Basse contient la maison et est de type jardin, la partie Nord/Haute est de type prés/plantation. La partie Nord est en zone protégée Natura 2000, le matin on aura quelquefois la chance d'apercevoir des biches en regardant vers le petit bois.
Gardiens: Un couple garde la maison et entretient le terrain. Il loge dans le mobil-home à l'écart de la maison.
Jeux : Il y a un grand (430 cm) trampoline avec filet de protection.
Feu ouvert et Barbecue: Dans la maisonette en moellon se trouvent un feu ouvert et un barbecue à la disposition des locataires. Du charbon de bois est vendu au supermarché.
Divers : Le supermarché Auchan est à quelques minutes en voiture, de même que le marché couvert de Cognac qui est aussi ouvert le dimanche matin. Il y a une base aérienne militaire près de Cognac, les avions passent de temps en temps en escadrille ce qui offre un spectable intéressant.
La baignade naturelle :
EElément central de la propriété, la baignade naturelle/biologique est le lieu de tous les plaisirs et découvertes.
Principe: la baignade ne contient aucun produit chimique, la filtration et la régénération se font de manière totalement naturelle, par l'action des (bonnes) bactéries complétée par un filtre à tambour et une lampe UV. Le revêtement est un carrelage grand format, ce qui est rarissime en baignade biologique.
Conséquence: pas d'allergie, une eau douce et non agressive pour la peau, un milieu favorable à la vie aquatique. C'est comme se baigner dans l'eau d'un lac. Oiseaux, hérissons, écureuils, et autres animaux viendront peut-être s’y désaltérer pendant la nuit.
La hauteur d’eau dans la zone baignade est de 1,40m partout, la zone pataugeoire est profonde de 40 cm.
Précaution particulière: Aucun produit extérieur ne doit être ajouté à l'eau. L'eau est vivante et doit être respectée. Contrairement à une piscine au chlore où toute vie est anéantie, dans une baignade naturelle l’eau est vivante et est le résultat d’un équilibre délicat. Evitez boissons et nourriture à proximité car celles-ci pourraient malencontreusement chuter dans la piscine. Limitez ou même évitez la crème solaire avant la baignade, sauf si celle-ci est biologique/minérale.
Précautions: N’abimez pas les systèmes de filtration.

Toute la propriété est à la disposition des voyageurs à l'exception du garage, de la cave, du dressing, des plantations, du poulailler et de la cabane d’enfant, ainsi que du mobil-home des gardiens.

Il existe un service de bus pour rejoindre le centre-ville, mais un véhicule est recommandé.
