A luxury apartment with an open planned lounge and adjoining kitchen with a large private terrace furnished with large outside table/chairs, Large day bed, 4 loungers and BBQ with views of the mountains.

Situated a short drive from Bogaz and its colorful marina the apartment is situated in a perfect location for those wanting to visit the famous 'Karpus Peninsular', or the 'Salamis Roman ruins'.


The apartment has use of 3 pools, one of which is an 'Olympic Swimming Pool'.

This is an ideal location to explore the 'old and new' of what this beautiful country has to offer the intrigued visitor! Or, stay by the pool and lap-up the sun; your choice?

“Amazing place”

I stayed here with my two teenage children in March this year. The development is really new and well kept with a number of pools with sea views. The apartment was lovely, all very new and modern. The washer and dishwasher came in really useful with two teenagers. All the furniture is very upmarket and brand-new! The outside garden was lovely and really got the sun until around 2pm, the garden has a massive day bed, sunbeds, bbq and a really nice table and chairs! Its just fab! The local bars and restaurants are fantastic value for money, a main meal with soft drinks costing less than £20 for all three of us. We used the main supermarket about 10 mins away and it is about 1/3 the price of home. We went to the cinema in Famusgta and found out it had bowling/cinema/ fast food places as well as lots of bars and restaurants. I was unsure about staying in the north, however it was such a lovely place and so much cheaper than the south for everything I will never be staying in the south again! I got a taxi to and from Larnaca airport and this cost £40 each way, I arranged this with the owner directly. I also hired a car and this cost £15 a day and the car hire place was next to apartment. I would recommend getting a hire car as its very good value and you drive on the same side of the road as the UK so all very easy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
