From the owner

In an old converted mill house, we offer self catering accommodation, suitable for families to share or large groups up to 22 persons.

The house is situated in Ribno, a quiet village 1.8km from Bled and the famous Lake Bled.

On the edge of The Triglav National Park with all it has to offer

We have on the first floor 2 Double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, 1 Quad Family room with ensuite bathroom , 2 x 6 bed Bunk rooms with 3 external bathrooms located next door in the hallway.. All with comfortable custom made adult size beds and balconies. Extra beds/cots can be accommodated in the 2 double rooms.

We provide all bedding and house towels.Total area 380 square metres.

On the ground floor there are spacious communal areas which are ideal for families or large groups. There is a big fully equipped kitchen with a 20 seat table, dishwasher etc, cosy lounge, kids playroom with football table and other games, laundry room, free bicycles ,free parking onsite and free Wi-Fi in all the house.. We have large gardens with a small river running through and woods at the back. There is a large outdoor terrace with BBQ. In the village there is a local baker which also sells essentials, 4 bar/restaurants; larger supermarkets are available in Bled.

Summer or Winter activities... walking, kayaking, biking, swimming, rafting, horseback riding, ballooning, skydiving, golf, fishing ( European trophy trout river at the bottom of the village on the Bled walking route, cycle tracks in both directions , canyoning, climbing, snow shoeing, ice climbing, skiing, (6 nice skiing areas within 30/40 minutes), Lang lauf course+cross country skiing just at the top of the village, Austrian and Italian resorts not far away. Seaside 1½ hour, Almost every activity is available in the fabulous Triglav National Park,

Only 40 minutes to get to Ljubljana for great shopping and culture.

Come and do as much or as little as you choose, we will help arrange whatever you want.

Perfect base for exploring this fantastic country...or just relax in a super setting just away from the hustle and bustle (but close to all).

We can arrange paid airport or free local pickup (train or bus stations).

For large groups we can arrange transport with 8 seat minibuses

available.......

The owners Paul and Abhaya live on site in a separate apartment and will be on hand with extensive local knowledge to help you make the most of your stay.

House languages are English Taiwanese and Chinese.

We are a shoes off house, please bri g your own house shoes if you wish.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
