The villa location is perfect for explore the beauty of Tuscany and as well Umbria region either by car or by train, in Chianciano terme a closest tow there is a train station which guest can easily take for go to Florence or Rome, also Chianciano is very famous for its thermal bath.
The private swimming pool offers an amazing view of Montepulicano, it is equipped with sunbeds and umbrella and also a covered gazebo with garden furniture.
The wonderful house is made up as two stone buildings which was recently renovated with care mixing the modern of elegant details together with the tradition. Some of the suites have also a direct access to the wonderful garden to guarantee the best of privacy, the interiors have some great details comforts, such as bathrooms with natural rocks or mosaic, showers with hydro massage jet, Internet wifi in all rooms, air conditioning, Barbecue for al fresco dinners, wonderful working fireplace and a beautiful dining room with a large glass windows offering amazing views.

House 2 Upper floor: large veranda with dining table, fully equipped kitchen, next to the main kitchen with a separate entrance there is a lounge area with fireplace and kitchenette, double bedroom with an additional single bed, ensuite bathroom with shower. With an independent entrance there is a Lower floor: Large common room with living area and working fireplace with an independent entrance, upper floor 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, next to it with an independent entrance small room with fireplace and kitchen area with table, double bedroom with private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.
The owners of the farm produce local products such as seasonal vegetables, the owners will be happy to accompany you in the garden where you can take seasonal products and cook them independently together with advice to be able to make the most of them. it is also possible to organize a free tasting of the aforementioned products upon reservation

Minimum stay 1 week, changeover day on Saturday.

€ 800 that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
