Spacious 3 bedroom house with large kitchen diner and breakfast bar, fully furnished living room, Main bathroom with bath and shower. Master bedroom has its own en-suite, fully furnished. Television in every bedroom. Gas Central heating, double glazed throughout. Lovely patio / garden area with decking. Driveway Parking with plenty of additional on street parking. Nice well lit street with friendly neighbours. Fast fibre optic wireless internet. Conveniently located for Wolverhampton CC or Bham.

I offer flexible rental options for a lovely 3 bedroom house in Stow Heath Wolverhampton. Nice little street opposite East Park, Midlands Metro Tram stop 5 min walk away just 2 stops from Wolverhampton city center and also provides a direct route into Birmingham. I provide everything that you would typically need for your stay. House is fully furnished and fully equipped. I live next door to the property so i am close at hand should you have any questions or specific requirements.

East Park is a stones throw away from the house which provides lovely scenery or great for a walk / run or just to relax. Also have a variety of local pubs and shopping options within the area. The House has a front driveway and lots of on street parking in a well lit and safe street.

Getting around

Regular bus route along the main road, Midlands Metro Tram 5 min walk away from house which provides direct routes into Wolverhampton or Birmingham. East Park Opposite which is lovely for walks / sports / recreation. Bentley Bridge retail park is 2 miles away if you fancy a spot of retail therapy. Also Bilston town centre is close by. Lots of pubs and local eateries and convenience stores to choose from.

Had great holiday, Elliot was on hand to help us when needed to help with the television and give us kitchen utensils. It was a roomy house with all we needed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elliott (the owner) a message.

If Elliott (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
