“It was a fabulous house. It had everything you needed and very high spec. We really enjoyed our stay.”

They thought of everything, There were bikes available for the kids to ride Swingball in the garage. Golf clubs in the garage, a pool table and air hockey table. A huge beanbag for the kids to hang out on which they loved. 3 TV's.. There were stunning views of the Atlantic ocean and Achill Island. It was warm and confortable and very modern

“The dream holiday home!”

Reviewed 30 Jul 2015

I stayed in this holiday home with my husband and 2-year-old son in early July. This was without a shadow of a doubt the most beautiful holiday home we have ever stayed in. The floor-to-ceiling corner windows in both the living room and the master bedroom have spectacular sea views towards Achill and Belmullet. The standard of furnishing throughout the house is extremely high. We loved the spacious and comfortable living area with big sofas, the large dining table, the beautifully-appointed kitchen that was a joy to cook in, and the enormous rain-water shower in the main bathroom. The whole house is airy and bright, yet cosy with its underfloor heating. There is also a games room which would be good for older children. The house is all on one floor, which was great for our toddler as we didn't have to worry about stairs. The beach is a few minutes' walk away, and the house had bikes we could use to get around. Nearest pub/corner shop is around a five-minute drive. This house is really remote, which is what we were looking for. We would go back in a heartbeat!

“Truly special place to stay”

Reviewed 29 Jul 2015

We stayed at Tom & Cathy's house for a week. The house is truly lovely with amazing views out to the sea. The house has everything you need and with just a short walk to a secluded beach what more can you ask for. An ideal place for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful of the west coast. We had dramatic sunset's and storms and very for budding photographers as the scene changes constantly. A car is needed to reach larger shops but with a pub down the road with a small shop attached to it you don't really need to venture too far. There are plenty of things to do if you wanted to venture out with Achill Island an hour away, plenty of watersports to a Neolithic site about half an hour. Final word, sanctuary.

“A great find in a beautiful area!”

We stayed at this holiday home in July this year. The online booking was first class with questions answered by return and the directions given were spot on. The house has everything you need and more, very nicely done and so comfortable, a real home from home! Brings me on to the view, we are familiar with the area, but to stand at the front of this house and take in the view was memorable. We would not hesitate to recommend this house to family and friends and we have no doubt that we will return. Thank you and we hope others enjoy this home as much as we did. Maureen
