Questo nuovo ed elegante appartamento si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla migliore spiaggia, ideale per nuotare chiamata River Side Beach, a 15 minuti a piedi o cinque minuti in auto al centro storico, dal lungolago, i giardini di Villa Melzi, il Lido solarium e esclusiva discoteca, traghetti, negozi ... e tutti i migliori ristoranti.

A Bellagio, l’ appartamento ideale per una coppia, in un edificio con un grande giardino curato intorno e parcheggio di proprietà gratuito.

Un ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo con tavolo, quattro sedie e un divano letto (trasformabile in letto matrimoniale solo su richiesta ), un televisore, un angolo cottura completamente attrezzato con forno, un moderno sistema di cottura a induzione, un frigorifero / congelatore.

Una camera doppia separata con letto matrimoniale e il guardaroba, le finestre nella sala da pranzo e nella camera hanno una vista sui fiori nel giardino e sulle montagne circostanti.

Un bagno con wc, bidet, asciugacapelli e una grande doccia. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata e wifi gratuito,

All'uscita dall’ appartamento a pochi passi si arriva nel giardino intorno con sdraio, zona relax e parziale vista lago!

How do damage deposits work?
