Description

This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is right in the heart of the stunning Causeway area of outstanding natural beauty, which has been recommended by the Lonely Planet travel guide as the #1 place to visit in 2018.

Within 30 minutes drive is the Giant's Causeway, the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Dunluce Castle, Bushmills Distillery and the Glens of Antrim. Also close by are locations used in the Game of Thrones, including the Dark Hedges (Kingsroad) and Ballintoy Harbour (the Iron Islands).

The apartment itself is in a perfect location in Ballycastle town. Just a 2 minute walk from the Diamond, where there are several great pubs and restaurants, and a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach. At the seafront is a children's play park, harbour, and Northern Ireland's only grass tennis courts.

The apartment has just been refurbished and is available to rent for the first time from August. It is fully accredited by Tourism NI. We have just been awarded a Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence.

All appliances, fittings and furniture are new.

The apartment is accessed by external steps, and internally the bedrooms are upstairs, so unfortunately it may not be suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

The wide screen TV has a built in DVD player and can access Netflix. There is a bluetoooth speaker, so load up your favourite tunes to your smart phone. Also supplied is a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. A travel cot and high chair are available.

Getting around

To get the most from your stay in Ballycastle I recommend hiring a car. Then you have the freedom to choose where you visit and when. There is car parking available right outside our apartment.

Interaction with guest

Whenever possible I will personally welcome guests at the apartment to hand over keys. I will also point out closest shops, restaurants etc.

“Ballycastle trip”

We enjoyed our trip to Ballycastle - the weather wasn’t very kind to us at the start, but our last day made up for it - Carrick-a-rede Bridge, Giant’s Causeway, and the stunning costal route what a lovely part of Ireland!

Michaels apartment is in a great location with all amenities within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is clean and tidy with more than enough space for 4 people. Parking was made easy by the on site car park. We loved our stay here and couldn't fault it.

Wonderful apartment in Ballycastle. Would highly recommend it. Perfect for families or couples. Had everything we needed and more! Apartment is so clean, lovely decor, instant hot water, TV, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen - a real home away from home. We had a lovely welcome on arrival-the owner met us there and supplied some nice snacks for us which was very much appreciated after our drive. All amenities are on the doorstep- ballycastle has some lovely shops and nice Cafe's(best one is just around the corner from apartment), beech 5 mins walk, playground just around the corner. Our kids loved the apartmemt too and the location - it's ideal for touring northern coast and we travelled to Belfast in approx 1 hour. We've already decided we're definitely returning to this apartment for our next stay in Northern Ireland.

How do damage deposits work?
