“Super location with all creature comforts”

I came here with a friend of mine on our motorcycles to tour the Pyrenees and relax in the mountains. It was easily the best biking holiday I've had. The apartment for the two of us was spot on. It is well furnished, has all the amenities you would expect of a self catered chalet and its location to the centre of the town is just right. There was ample parking off the road for the bikes and plenty of amazing routes to chose from. Within 30 minutes we were scaling the Cols and mastering switchbacks. The apartment became a home from home during our 6 day stay and with washing facilities, a balcony to watch the sun go down and space to just sit and chill it met our every need. Can't wait to go back.

“Perfect Apartment”

Came to Luchon for a family holiday and some cycling with my son. The apartment is perfectly located for the town and was clean, tidy and with views from the balcony which were stunning. Everything about our stay was perfect and we all had a great time. I thoroughly recommend this apartment with an easy transfer from Toulouse airport. There is no doubt that we will be back for another stay See you soon!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ian (the owner) a message.

If Ian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
