Gartferry Apartments is in a lovely area of Ayr, walking distance to Town Centre, Beach and local Parks.

Stay in comfortable, modern , clean surroundings while you plan your visit. The Apartment is on the first floor, sleeps up to four people and is suitable for children. The main bedroom has a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Twin bedroom has a second TV/DVD player. Separate Family bathroom with over bath shower. The Lounge area is bright and airy , has a comfortable sofa - perfect for putting your feet up. Enjoy meals at the dining table sited at the juliette windows. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Ayr is the birthplace of our famous poet Robert Burns. Burns Cottage and the Robert Burns Birthplace Museum is a short distance away in Alloway village

Culzean Castle and Country Park with it's dramatic cliff top setting, Robert Adam architecture, history and beautiful surroundings can be reached in a 20 minute drive.

Handy for local Golf Courses, Belleisle and Seafield and within driving distance to Turnberry , Royal Troon and Dundonald Links. The Apartment is child friendly and local attractions include the Heads of Ayr Farm Park - Ayrshire has something for everyone.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Olena (the owner) a message.

If Olena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
