"Shame about the weather"
Everything up to expectations. Clean, comfortable, good facilities, convenient to both town and beach but coldest June in 40 years did not endear Ayr to us greatly.

"Excellent Flat in Excellent Location."
Bit of a shaky start when we arrived and called the cleaner as requested to get the keys to find she was unaware we were expected and the flat was not cleaned. Not a huge problem as we went for an ice cream and to the shops to get groceries whilst this was sorted. Flat itself is easily found and is modern and spotless. Everything you could need is provided. Location is excellent as its an easy walk into town and literally two minutes from the beach. The end of the beach near the flat whist is not raked daily like the rest is very quiet and loads of room. The weather was excellent which meant we were on the beach for three out of six days. When it was too hot the public swimming pool is two minutes in the other direction. Not the newest of pools but very reasonable. Although the flat is at right angles to the sea you can see it from the balcony. Being sweltering all day we had to sleep with the windows open which could be noisy as the seagulls had a habit of congregating in the area at 2am most mornings. Perhaps several fans could be provided during the good weather. All in all a very enjoyable visit.

"Excellent Option for a Stay in Ayrshire"
Clean, well kept apartment equipped with all you need. Easy walking distance of Ayr town centre. Travelled with girlfriend and two children and this apartment was perfect for our need and will certainly be my first option for future visits.

We have stayed in this area before so we knew the location was really good, right next to the sea and minutes from the town centre. The apartment was the icing on the cake - spacious, very clean, warm and nicely furnished. Couldn't have asked for more!! Thanks Ian.

"Magical relaxing vacation"
I had a wonderful stay at the apartment, it has all the comforts of home.... It was easily accessible and the owners were very helpful and accomadating to all our needs and requirements. The apartment is located by the beach, and the area offers playgrounds for the young to restaurants to eat in.... enjoy your stay, and the scenery of the surrounding areas.... truly relaxing ....
