Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We value this as it allows us to continually improve the experience we can offer our guests. We are so pleased our Elliot Suite No15 has been ideal for you during your time working in the area. Following your feedback, we have contacted the factor of the building to have the entry door fixed for security and have detailed that there is a problem with a smell in the building to allow this to be investigated. We are disappointed to hear that the neighbours and the car mechanics are noisy. The mechanics only open during business hours therefore we hope this has not disturbed you too much during your stay. We offer a range of different properties which cater to all needs and we would love to help you choose a property for a leisure stay with family in the future. Best Wishes, The Donnini Team.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
