This new amazing development is located at one of the most beautiful landscapes on the island and the most popular seaside resorts on the southern coast. The style of the villa is unique. Modern, light furbished, with breathtaking sea view, large swimming pool and nice garden. The villa itself will charm you with its luxury, quality and tasteful design set the tone for a holiday of rest and relaxation. Each room has its own AC,and the kitchen is fully equipped with superior appliances, living and dining areas are spacious and stylish, and French windows allow the beautiful sunlight to brighten your day, every day.

The area next to the villa is not developed and very quiet. Although the villa is 5 minutes walk from the center of Ayia Napa, it is still at a very quiet spot. The villa is 300 meters away from the beach!

Getting around

The nearest bus-stop is only in 50 meters distance too. Our clients can take either bus number 101 which goes all the way to Cape Greco, Konnos Beach, Fig Tree Bay and up to Paralimni center, or bus number 102 which goes towards the famous Nissi beach( 2 Km) and up to the Waterworld water-park. The Luna Park is just 500 meters away from the villa. Additionally, from the same bus-stop you can travel to all towns of Cyprus.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Themis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
