If you want to relax in a very spacious and luxurious villa, located in the middle of a secluded plot of 4,800 m² length, with complete privacy, enjoyable pool offering both reverse swimming and Jacuzzi options, beautiful and unimpeded view of the sea, endless grass lawn and gardens, 4 minute drive from the beach and the facilities of the summer resort Artemida, but so close to the center of Athens (only 20 min by car or 30 min by attiko metro), 7 km away from the airport and 8,5 km away from Rafina port (from which you can catch a boat and visit the beautiful Greek islands), villa Abelos is the best choice for you and your family.

Villa Abelos a newly built detached luxurious villa located in the seaside resort town Artemida in the area of East Attica is only 4 minutes drive from the beach.

Due to its location provides easy access to Athens airport, in the port of Rafina and in Athens City.

The villa offers 280 sqm of living area and it is built in a secluded plot of 4800 sqm with beautiful sea view, in a three level maisonette.

Fully furnished and decorated is also equipped with all modern amenities, aiming to offer comfortable holiday in style.

The luxurious villa is the ideal accommodation for couples or families for relaxing holiday away from it all and only 30 minutes drive from Athens.

Villa Abelos can host 8 guests very comfortable. Two extra guests can be accommodated upon request in folded bed.

OUTSIDE fully furnished stone paved spacious area with Private Pool ( with jacuzzi and reverse swimming ), outside shower, WC, kiosk with BBQ, kitchen and covered dining area.

Gardens with many varieties of herbs and colourful Mediterranean flowers, grass lawn, trees, shrubs, cactus and vineyard.

In the FIRST FLOOR there are one master bedroom with en suite bath, a very spacious living room with large dining area and fire place corner, a storage room and a separate fully equipped kitchen with dining area.

A comfortable staircase and an elevator is leading to the SECOND FLOOR where there are the main master bedroom with en suite bath and walk-in wardrobe, one large double bedroom, one with twin beds, a full bathroom with jacuzzi and separate gym room.

From the living area and the kitchen through large openings direct access to spacious veranda furnished to enable you to dine outside. The three bedrooms in the upper floor have direct access in large private verandas with comfortable furniture.

Getting around you can use the local bus, or you can use a taxi from the local company, which I am cooperating with, and they don't charge much. But I recommend you to hire a car.

“Wonderful trip with the beautiful villa”

We had one week holiday in Greece this summer. We were 2 families in the villa and had great time over there. The owner is so nice and friendly as a family person, the location of villa is near the beach, and very clean inside, we were enjoyed the pool and BBQ time in the garden with our children, everything was perfect, we will miss it a lot, thanks again
