The newly completed luxury property is well furnished with high quality furnishings and fittings throughout and boasts spacious home-from- home ambience with the luxury modern touches of under-floor heating, lift access, modernist equipped kitchen combined with the timeless lake views and the high desirable central lake proximity to the attractions and activities.

Guests will be able to enjoy relaxing and entertaining in the stunning open plan living and dining room which leads directly out to a full width balcony which enjoys a splendid sunny prospect and looks directly out to the lake. Alfresco entertaining on a warm evening gets no better than this!

A SAT TV with DVD player and WIFI access will also allow guests to enjoy the convenient home-from-home comforts also during their stay.

The fully-equipped modern kitchen provides all the desired appliances for preparing and cooking delicious meals with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the latest appliances and gadgets!

A group of up to 8 can very comfortably be accommodated in this luxurious retreat with the perfect ratio of 4 bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms.

Two large double bedrooms are ideal for couples staying in the property.

The four newly-fitted bathrooms have a range of bath and shower options as well as stylish and glamorous vanity mirrors.

A frequent bus and passenger ferry service operates from the town and the lakeside road provides the perfect way in which to enjoy a scenic lakeside drive to the central lake attractions, activities and famous resort towns, including L’Isola Comacina, Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta and Menaggio.

Local activities include sunbathing and swimming at the Lido di Argegno which is just a short walk away, or at the Lidos in Lenno or Menaggio, power boat hire with a private dedicated boat space, sailing, tennis, golf, adventure days on the Bellagio hillside and cultural day trips to Como city and the famous visitor-friendly resort towns.We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy.Rentals' in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per stay, High Chair - EU 15 per stay, Push Chair - EU 25 per stay, Camp Bed – EU 85 per stay, Wi-Fi - EU 35 per stay. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
