Villa Pera is a stunning, spacious property, furnished to a very high standard, set in its own landscaped gardens, with its own private pool (with heating available). The villa features an open plan living room and dining area with corner leather sofa, IPTV which offers UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options), wireless broadband and Sonos music system. There is a dining table and chairs, looking out over the beautiful poolside terrace area.The ensuite master bedroom is well furnished with quality bedding, and there is a roof terrace that looks out down the ravine and sea in the distance. The other double and twin bedrooms are equally well appointed and spacious, providing ample space in the villa for six sharing. There is plenty of outside furniture with sunbeds for all, outside dining table, a large three seater sofa, two chairs and an outside kitchen area with sink and gas BBQ.Villa Pera is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated for year around comfort. The villa also provides a well-designed and equipped family kitchen.This gorgeous villa is the perfect getaway at Aphrodite Hills Resort.

Car hire is recommended if you are looking to do some exploring outside of the Resort, and there is also a fantastic bus service that runs to/from Paphos harbour.

“Simply perfect”

We have just returned from an amazing week in Villa Pera, the location is perfect, with only a 15 minute drive from Paphos airport. We were welcomed at the security gate as soon as we arrived by John, who took us to this fantastic Villa and showed us around and explained how everything worked. Situated in beautifully lit, large private gardens to the front and rear with a family friendly pool for all ages. Large driveway which accommodated both our cars easily with room for more. The villa itself is extremely spacious, with full Sky TV, WiFi, large kitchen with 2 fridges, a freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, full oven and hob, a utility room with washing machine and more. We had children ranging from 2 to 14 years and this villa accommodated us all easily. The friendly staff arranged everything from a welcome pack to extra z-bed and travel cot. There are an excellent choice of restaurants, supermarket, bakery, Costa coffee, Ben & Jerry’s and more. Or stock up the vast kitchen and you can easily stay with in this fabulous villa for total relaxation without needing to go anywhere. It has everything you need and more. The outside kitchen, including pizza oven and bbq were the centre stage for our sons Hawaiian Birthday. While there, the pool man and gardeners arrived early in the morning on various days, they were friendly, efficient, fast and virtually invisible so as not to disturb your holiday, but giving you peace of mind of how well the villa is looked after to a very high standard. In the evenings there is more than enough comfy seating on the terrace for everyone, with 2 large ceiling fans to keep you cool while enjoying the beautifully lit gardens and pool area. The entire villa benefits from air conditioning and a ceiling fan in every bedroom to ensure you can sleep soundly. There are also 2 large balconies adjacent to the master bedroom, which has a large en-suite and a enormous super super king size bed. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are spacious with a good sized bathroom with anti steam mirrors. We were provided with good quality hand, bath and sun bed towels. We can not recommend this villa enough, it is ‘simply perfect’, the only problem we have now, is that we don’t want to ever stay at a hotel again! We are already looking at flights to book for next year, but book early, as quite rightly, this villa gets booked up very quickly. Tip: take a few dishwasher tablets and washing tablets with you as the local supermarket can be pricy for these things. You are provided with 1 dishwasher tablet, 2 tea towels, a sponge, cloth and a small bottle of washing up liquid. The welcome pack is excellent and worth that little extra, especially with late arrivals, and small children. We had coffee, tea, sugar, orange juice, jam, butter, bread and milk in ours. The coffee and tea lasted 4 adults 5 days, so well worth it. We also took some Nespresso capsules, to enjoy our espresso’s, but 4 are provided for you. From the moment we booked this villa, we had a friendly contact called Tracey, who emailed us immediately with all the details we would need. We can’t recommend Villa Pera highly enough, best holiday....

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
