Newly built 3rd floor Apartment beifiting from full Air Conditioning to all rooms. Video entry & a lift takes you direct to your entrance door. The open plan living area includes an American style cuisine with state of the art appliances Large sliding glass doors open onto a sunny south facing terrace fully equipped & illuminated for dining out. The lounge is furnished with the best quality modern Italian furniture, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom at the rear complimented with 1 bathroom with bath, and shower over, twin wash hand basins, plus another smaller shower room with toilet and wash basin.

Antibes is a cosmopolitan town, bustling all year round. Being located at the heart of the old port, the Café's, shops, restaurants & bars are all within a short stroll, located at the centre of the Riviera it makes a perfect base for exploring this famous region. The coast road to the west will take you to the beautiful Cap D'Antibes Juan Les Pins, Cannes & on to St Maxim /St Tropez. To the east Nice, St. Jean Cat Ferrat and Monte-Carlo. The A8 AutoRoute is only 5 Kilometres allowing fast access into Italy & beyond. Our preference is to use the Trains, These are economical, clean, reliable, & take you to the centre of Cannes Nice Juan Les pins in minutes even Monte-Carlo is only 45 minutes away.

Every effort has been made to create a luxury apartment, only the highest standard of furniture fabrics and fittings, including beds and bedding have been used. It is our aim to provide a unique atmosphere for those wanting more than just an average holiday let,. Such items as the seating are high grade Italian Leather, and much use is made of glass and stainless steel in the cuisine and for items like the desk,and tables. Just check out the specification.

The Terrace is not overlooked , beautifully Illuminated and has a calm private atmosphere.
The garden at the rear is not accessible by any of the apartments, but in some ways this is good as it is always quite.
The designated parking place is located below the apartment, conveniently on the first level and is protected with a security barrier. Entrance to the parking area is by an electronic bleeper.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard (the owner) a message.

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
