Nel centro di Anacapri, a meno di 100m dalla fermata del bus, grazioso appartamento composto da ingresso, cameretta con letto singolo e bagno, soggiorno con divano letto e zona pranzo con cucina, camera matrimoniale con bagno, terrazzo di 90 mq attrezzato iper-panoramico con vista sul Monte Solaro e sul mare. Essendo nel centro del paese sono rapidamente accessibili ristoranti, negozi e luoghi di svago. Ciò nonostante ponendosi al 3° e 4° piano di un edificio storico, l' appartamento gode della più totale silenziosità e tranquillità oltre ad offrire una vista che abbraccia l' intero paese, il Monte Solaro da un lato e il mare dall'altro. Tra le attrattive piu interessanti, ma non uniche, del paese vi è da ricordare la storica villa di Axel Munthe e i ruderi romani di una delle ville di Tiberio sul monte. A meno di 100m la fermata del bus che consente di raggiungere agevolmente il paese di Capri, la Grotta Azzurra e i principali lidi dell'isola.

Il paesino di anacapri è caratterizzato da una strada pedonale, che passa d' avanti all' edificio residence Paradiso su cui affacciano caratteristici negozi di abbigliamento, artigiani locali e alcuni grandi firme. I più rinnomati stabilimenti balneari di Anacapri, e cioè quelli vicini alla notissima Grotta Azzurra e quelli del faro, sono facilmente ragiungibili in pochi minuti con i mezzi pubblici.

Why can't I call Roberto (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Roberto (the owner) a message.

If Roberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
