la sentirò su pochi punti, per il resto ho già scritto tutto sulla recensione del suo compagno. lei dice che la pulizia consisteva solo nel tirare su le lenzuola il suo compagno che non veniva effettuata,decidetevi, veniva pulita si o no questa camera,lui parla di una macchinetta da caffè d'età un litro di latte e un buondì ( noi non abbiamo mai servito brioche confezionate mai) per una settimana raggiunge alla recensione i biscotti e la nutella, sforzando i cereali i taralli la frutta il succo di frutta i cornetti il the lo yogurt ecc ecc, lei dice di essere una sprovveduta nel non essersi resa conto di sole 9 recensioni in tre anni altra cosa falsissima siamo aperti da pochi mesi per quanto riguarda l'acqua,non l'ha trovata in camera perché era già stata ripulita;non potevamo permetterci di aumentare il danno avendo a pavimento un parquet. il parcheggio gratuito è libero per strada e non di PROPRIETÀ sta a voi decidere dove parcheggiare, noi affittiamonsolamente le camere non i parcheggi auto, voi avete parcheggiato sulle strisce blu,noi per gentilezza le abbiamo ricordato che alle 9 del mattino iniziava la fascia a pagamento, per tutto il resto si nota dalle vostre recensioni che siete abituati a comportarvi in questo modo, o mi fai lo sconto o ti distruggo, noi non siamo mai scesi a ricatti con nessuno. la nostra forza sono le tante belle persone che ogni giorno questo lavoro bellissimo mi da la possibilità di conoscere che ci danno la forza di andare avanti nonostante mosche bianche come voi.

un soggiorno 4 recensioni mirate a vendicarsi per non aver accettato uno sporco ricatto, ricatto al quale siamo soggetti ogni giorno noi che lavoriamo nel mondo del turismo, è fantastico poter conoscere un Po di storia delle struttura o semplicemente immaginare i proprietari leggendo le esperienze altrui, un sistema grandioso che fa si che chi sceglie di venire da noi va sul sicuro struttura affidabile o in alcuni casi struttura non affidabile. questo strumento dato in mani sapienti è buona cosa dato in mano a degli approfittatori è un metodo di ricatto, o mi fai lo sconto/rimborso nel caso in cui si è pagato in anticipo o parlerò male di te. questo è quello che è successo il giorno che siete arrivati voi. la sua compagna in primis tiene a precisare di essere una giornalista e quindi di stare molto attenta. ma non mi preoccupo io non cambio la mia professionalità in base a chi ho difronte, la mia cura dell'ospite sta anche ( cosa che non sono obbligata a fare perché non ha nulla a che vedere con le stanze che affitto) nell'avvisarli di arrivare per tempo alla propria auto , parcheggiata sulle strisce blu da voi, con segnaletica orizzontale e verticale , onde evitare un verbale di 48,00 euro; noi la chiamiamo cortesia voi vi siete imbestialiti ( una banale scusa per poter poi procedere al ricatto del rimborso) .... non mi dilungherò molto ma invito tutti a leggere tutte le sue recensioni dalle quali si evince che sia lei che la sua compagna siete degli abitudinari del "pessimo". inoltre non avete neanche avuto la furbizia di accordarci su cosa scrivere in quanto lei scrive che la camera non è stata mai pulita la sua compagna dice che venivano solamente tirate su le lenzuola , insomma dovete migliorare. infine dalle immagini si può notare la macchinetta del caffè che lei definisce d'età e che in realtà è una compatta di ultima generazione.

Why can't I call Michele (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Michele (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michele (the owner) a message.

If Michele (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
