UNLIMITED electricity, water, gas, air conditioners, internet and swimming pool are included in the stay. Well-equipped 2 bedroom penthouse has stunning sea and mountain views, private roof terrace, shared pool. Spacious roof terrace gives a possibility to get private sunbathing in a chaise-longues, organize open air dining or barbecue. The location is perfect. Camelot Beach is 5 minutes away by car or a 20 minute walk. 50 meters to the nearest mini-market. Welcome meal set with wine.

See the breathtaking views below you as you sit in the living room, on balcony or on the large roof terrace. The atmosphere of total relax and calmness is around.

BEDROOMS

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Main bedroom has a queen sized bed (160х200cm) and the second bedroom has two single beds (90х190cm) that can be connected as one queen size bed (180х190cm).

Each bed is provided by two sets of high quality 100% cotton bed linen. Each bedroom has a wardrobe with hangers. Main bedroom has a dressing table with chair. All apartment windows have anti-mosquito nets.

BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY

Bathroom has a bathtub with shower. Six big towels (140x70cm) and 6 small towels for face are available for Guests. There is a hair dryer.

Washing amenities include:

- washing machine;

- iron;

- iron desk;

- clothes-horse.

Welcome hygienic set includes:

- one pack of liquid soap;

- 2 toilet paper rolls;

- 400 grams package of washing powder;

- 5 tablets for dish-washing machine.

DINING AND COOKING

Open plan kitchen, large balcony and roof terrace with BBQ station are available for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and includes:

- a dishwasher for 12 sets.

- an oven;

- a stove;

- a refrigerator with freezer;

- a variety of pots and pans;

- dishes and silverware;

- glasses and cups;

- kitchen towels.

Welcome meal set includes:

- one 19L bottle of drinking water;

- food set;

- a bottle of dry wine.

HEATING AND COOLING

Apartment has three air conditioners (living room. main bedroom, second bedroom). Apartment has four electrical convector heaters in (living room, main bedroom, second bedroom, bathroom).

RELAXATION

Living room has a round dining table with 5 chairs, 4 soft armchairs and a small coffee table. The balcony has a small table.

The shared pool is available daily from 09:00 to 21:00.

Spacious roof terrace has:

- 2 chaise-longues for sunbathing;

- big dining table for 4 persons;

- BBQ station with water supply.

Full HD TV 40" / 102cm with HDMI, USB, Dolby Digital. Guests use own cables to connect their devices to the TV. Television has 200 international Hot Bird Satellite channels.

Wi-Fi covers apartment and the roof terrace.

CHECK-IN

Self check-in using door PIN keypad. Check in time is at 15:00 but may be earlier if there were no Guests the day before your arrival. Your early arrival should be confirmed.

Check-out time is at 12:00 but may be later if there is no booking for the next day. Your late departure should be confirmed.

KEYS

Guests are provided with two sets of keys. Door is equiped with the PIN keypad.

CLEANING AND WASTE

During the stay Guests do cleaning, laundry and trash taking out themselves. Big green garbage containers are located at the entrance to the residential complex. Guests do not have to clean the apartment before check-out.

STAYS FROM 11 to 28 NIGHTS

For stay from 11 to 28 nights additional (free) full cleaning will be arranged on the 11th and 21st day or in the middle of the stay.

DAMAGES OR EXTRA CLEANING

In the case of any damage or heavy soiling with dirt extra cleaning or replacement costs can be charged.

How do damage deposits work?

If Olga (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
