Laurie et Raphaël, les propriétaires, seront heureux de vous accueillir dans une maison indépendante, refaite à neuf (ameublement, décoration et électroménager).

Vous logerez dans une maison contemporaine indépendante sur les hauteurs d'Aix les Bains, située sur la commune de Pugny Chatenod, au coeur du Parc naturel des Bauges.

Maison proche de la station de ski Savoie Grand Revard, du Lac du Bourget et à 30 minutes de Chambéry et d'Annecy.

Villa au calme sur un terrain de 1400 m2 avec une vue panoramique sur le plus grand lac naturel de France. Grande terrasse avec salon extérieur et barbecue.

Le gîte est équipé de la fibre, vous pourrez ainsi facilement travailler à plusieurs sans défaillance de la connexion. Les enfants pourront également suivre leurs études en distanciel ou encore regarder une série en Streaming.

Le gite est assez vaste pour toute la famille (jusqu’à 10 personnes). Le gîte est également équipé du WIFI pour les appareils mobiles, vous n’aurez ainsi aucun souci à participer aux diverses visio conférences organisées par vos collaborateurs et garder le contact avec vos collègues de bureau.

Un grand séjour avec cuisine américaine, poële à bois, coin salon avec TV écran plat de 150cm. 4 chambres, 2 WC indépendants, 2 Salles de bains, 1 buanderie et un grand garage pouvant accueillir une voiture.

    Excellent accommodation, fantastic views, plenty of space for the bikes. The BBQ was well used as the weather was very warm. Beautiful views all around. Tried different beaches along the lake- lovely.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laurie BEAUQUIS (the owner) a message.

    If Laurie BEAUQUIS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
