the villa is new on 1500 m² of land with a ground floor garden room and bathrooms to standards with disabilities, large living room and kitchen, dining overlooking the terraces and swimming pool, upstairs 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private terrace. Swimming pool with beach surrounded by 40cm and swimming pool. Garage, parking.Shops and restaurant are 100 m, you can forget about the car throughout your stay. From the villa and walk hike extraordinary of the tour of the Cape DRAMONT by paths marked the small harbour of the POUSSAI with the Golden island and the square Tower, the landing Beach, Creek and red rocks in crystal clear waters, hiking trails in the wilderness passing by the SEMAPHORE to the sandy beach of CAMP LONG, stop at the restaurant TIKI Beach foot in the sand and back to the villa.

The DRAMONT walk, you will find a diving center, starting in buggy for hiking in the esterel, on the Lake, horseback riding, tree climbing, Golf CAP ESTÉREL (or Valescure 4 km). The village of AGAY 2 km with tennis and Aquatics centre, jet ski, parachute, buoy.

“Perfect setting for family and group holiday”

Our stay at Villa Cap Dramont was one of the best family holidays that we have ever taken. First of all, the coastline is stunning. There is a lovely rustic feel and it is not overly touristy. The villa is very conveniently located within close walking distance of two beaches, shops and restaurants. There are many beautiful walking trails as well. The villa itself is beautiful. It is modern, stylish and minimalist. It is very spacious with ample seating for dining both inside and outside. Our party was comprised of five adults and five children (ages 10-15) and we found it capacious. The garden is very spacious and the heated pool is great for all swimming abilities. It has a graded shallow area and a shelf that runs round the perimeter. The astroturf surrounding the pool is easy on the feet and does not get too hot. There is a ping pong and boules around the side of the garden which was entertaining for all. The villa owner, Pierre, was wonderfully helpful with informing us about both the villa, activities in the surrounding area and even assisting us with ordering food to be at the house upon our arrival. We will definitely book this villa again.
