“Perfect position for all the attractions” The location is perfect with supermarkets, taxis, buses and bars all available within a 5 min walk. The apartment is very comfortable with 2 well equipped bedrooms and a walk in shower which doesn't flood the floor ! Hairdryer and at least 6 new beach towels are available, as well as clean linen and other towels. These were changed, beds made and apartment cleaned each week of our 4 week stay. Although the main beach and bars plus the port are within a 10 min walk we stayed in and cooked some nights as there is a full kitchen, on those nights we enjoyed the full range of tv channels (Sky channels other than football, BtSport, BBC, ITV and for Welsh speakers S4c ) Weather was hot and sunny everyday, it did rain one day for 10 mins ! Golf at Lanzarote Golf Club was a big plus ,wonderful course within a 6 min drive of the apartment The view from the covered terrace is superb with a pretty black sand raked garden with bright flowers and to your left a view of the sea, pool available as well but it's not heated so not for us in February. Already booked for next year !

“Lovely peaceful apartment” We stayed here for 8 days the apartment is very nice and spotlessly clean it is very quiet it had blackout curtains in the bedroom which was lovely as I find it hard to sleep if it's light also had air conditioning in the bedroom which was lovely the bathroom is a tad small, the balcony was nice to sit on over looking the pool and mountains. The pool area was again clean and while we were there we had the pool to ourselves most days. It was a good 10 minutes to the beach main strip which was down hill but we found it quite hard coming back up but we got a taxi back which was only 3 euros. Fiona and Andrea were very kind and friendly giving us lot of advice on where to go and where to shop. Thank you. We would go back to this apartment if we go back to Lanzarote.

“Excellent Holiday Apartment” All I can say is if you are thinking about booking either of Drew’s apartment’s then don’t hesitate you will not be disappointed. This was our third time booking with Drew, but our first at this apartment and I can say we loved it so much we have already booked it again for next year. The booking process is simply and the apartment has everything you will need and it has a view to die for. When the doors are wide open you feel like you are outside with the view of the sea in either direction. The balcony gets the sun all day for any sun worshippers. The complex itself is lovely , clean and quiet and in a good location for shops, bars and restaurants. The pool was lovely and another good place to catch the sun and simply relax. Thanks again for the use of your apartment, can’t wait to go back.

“Fabulous, has everything” Raul met us at the taxi to let us in the complex and show us around the apartment. It is fabulous, lots of room, air con, beautifully decorated. There is a private patio also. Everything is supplied. The complex is so beautiful and quiet and has a lovely pool. We highly recommend these hosts and this apartment, we will be back in the future.

“Great Location” This lovely apartment is in a great location very close to all the lovely bars and restaurants plus just a 5 minute walk outside the secure complex there’s a spar shop with all you’ll need to get you started for a nice break,when we booked this apartment we decided to get picked up from Airport by the lovely Vinka who told us the best bars and restaurants to go to , you are only a 10 minute walk to the main strip where all restaurants and nightlife jump out at you so no excuses for not enjoying yourselfs the apartment itself has absolutely everything you’ll need for a great break and very clean and tidy with and we will certainly be booking again for another slice of the lovely winter sun in November, spot on .

“Beautiful Views” Had a 5 night stay in the apartment and can not fault it. Within an hour of arriving we were already online looking to book for next year. The apartment is very well laid out and has more provide than many more expensive apartments we have stayed in. The provision of a good WiFi. connection was an unexpected bonus. There are more than ample cooking equipment if you don’t fancy eating out. There are plenty of bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk away around the harbour and plenty of further options a further 10 mins away around Playa Grande. Taxi are plentiful and a€3 care to the apartment is very reasonable. Communication with Anne-Marie was excellent and really looking forward to our return next May.
