“Home from home” Just returned from having two amazing weeks at this wonderful villa. There were 9 in a our party and there was ample room for all. We could not fault it in any way, it has everything you need both inside and out for a perfect stay. With just a short walk to the beach or a short ride on the bus you really do have everything to hand. Would not hesitate to return. Thank you Harry

“A very welcome return!” This was my second stay at Sunset Apartment and I would like to hope not my last. Everything in the apartment is of such a high standard and the quality of fixtures and fittings and attention to detail ensures a first class stay. There were extra sunbeds and spare poolside umbrellas this year and again we had the pool to ourselves for the full 10 day stay! There are plenty of books and DVD's and 2 ipod docks so you can listen to music indoors or on the balcony and a great full length mirror to keep an eye on the progress of your tan. The information pack answers all of the questions you can think of and there were plenty of recommendations for excellent restaurants and bars (to watch the football) nearly all of which seemed to have free wi-fi. Roll on next September.

“Excellent detached villa – great for families.” We stayed at the villa for three weeks and loved it. The villa has fans and air conditioning in all living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen is well fitted out and the dishwasher is great for Dads who like the easy option. The pool is fine and is viewable from the living room. Fresh bed linen on a weekly basis would have been good – but the washing machine is easy to use. Overall, a great villa in a perfect location.

“Great time had by all” Apartment was lovely, clean and tidy, was what it said on the tin. Views of the sea from the lovely balcony. Great location close to beach, and shared pool with lovely facilities. Owners Sandra and Chris really helpful with booking and advice on our stay prompt with any queries or information we required. Close to some great restaurants and bars.Lovely walk on sea front to Protarus Bus stop near by to Ayia Napa and Protarus. Had a great holiday would certainly recomend this appartment. “Amazing villa, perfect holiday!!!” If you are thinking of renting this villa do not hesitate! The house is beautiful and has a large outdoor area with plenty of seating and sunloungers. The pool (cleaned twice a week by a lovely couple) is large and lovely to cool off in when the 40 degree heat gets too a little too much. It is big enough for inflatables and my fiance and I loved playing bat and ball in the shallow end each day! Donna was a pleasure to deal with, responded to every query we had and was very friendly. We can't thank her enough. My fiance planned to ask me to marry him and although I haven't been told the ins and outs, Donna assisted him with finding quotes for private boats etc. Cyprus is a beautiful place and we have fallen in love with Protaras. I would recommend a trip to Konnos Bay as this was our favourite beach although Protaras beach is lovely too. It has a great watersports centre (Mikes Watersports) which is where my partner hired a boat to take me to the Blue Lagoon to propose. The beach bar at the top of the cliff was a little expensive but very pretty and relaxing and did the most amazing halloumi and lountza sandwiches ever! Again we can't thank Donna enough for her help and for providing us with this beautiful villa which we hope to return to very soon. We loved our holiday so much we were talking about moving to Cyprus or at least coming back next year! :) Zoe and David x

“Great Villa in Peaceful Location” The villa has an impressive front entrance and garden which is accessed through electric powered gates. Large size living area with good quality furniture, including entertainment system and large TV with some English language channels. DVD player available also. Upstairs there are 3 good size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom does not have a balcony however, which we found strange. The bathrooms could benefit from some improvements to the fittings which are becoming warn. Outside there is a very nice pool and patio with sun loungers and furniture including dining table. A table tennis table adds to this which we used quite a lot. There was a problem with the electricity supply which tripped out around 20 times during our 2 weeks stay. The villa would also benefit from some essential supplies being made available, such as cleaning products and basic condiments. Paul the local property manager was great and always happy to assist when required, he had provided some groceries on our arrival which was around midnight. The villa is situated around 5-10 minutes drive from Protoras and the beaches (we recommend kalamies beach) Overall we had an excellent relaxing stay and would recommend the property to anyone.

“Everything you need for a great holiday” Villa Ennazus is located in a quiet part of Pernera, yet only a short stroll away from shops supermarkets bars and restaurants. There are beaches with small sandy coves which are lovely. The villa was spotless and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and pool area was the perfect place to relax by after a hard day at the beach!!

“Fabulous accommodation - will go back” This villa was perfect, large, clean, all the facilities supplied made it a total home from home. Little touches like DVDs, CDs, IPOD docking station, hot tub, even the hair dryer supplied. Plenty of everything. The pool was excellent, sun around it all day long. Our holiday here was perfect. The location of the villa is ideal for the main area of shops, restaurants and bars, Protaras is a lively resort but very family orientated, so you have the best of everything. We also used a great taxi driver Danny who picked us up from the airport, took us to the supermarket to stock up and then picked us up for our return to the airport.

“Home with a heart” Just back from a ten night stay at this appartment and what can I say but exactly what the title says. I read the reviews before I booked and I don't want to repeat what they all say but it is just like being at home. Everything you can think of is there down to a needle and thread. The appartment is beautifully clean and fresh and the complimentary milk, tea, sugar, bread, butter etc is a welcome sight on the first morning. The pool area is lovely and clean with plenty of sun beds. A car is a must but try hiring from empire in kapparis, very reasonable and friendly and if you need a taxi George is great. The restaurants in kapparis are good prices with Faliros being our favorite, great service, beautiful meal and good price. All in all fantastic value for money and a fantastic holiday. What more can I say
