“Villa 003 Parque Santiago 3” This villa has the best views I have ever seen. Located on the sea front you get to see the most spectacular sunsets ever. However... the main shutters to back garden are so warped it was difficult to open them and impossible to lock them so security was near to zero!! The patio doors in th master bedroom were not secure as lock was broken (we were given a mop handle to place at bottom of door) very poor. The bidet in main bathroom leaked constantly even though the agent shut off the water supply. The WiFi didn’t work ... the television kept switching itself off, at least 15 tines an hour... most annoying. The sofa in the living room is worn and dated. This villa could be so much more with a little updating. These are minor faults that once remedied will vastly improve future experiences.

“Great apartment” Great apartment which is in a great location. Everything in the apartment was fabulous and had everything you would need down to a washer. Free WiFi was a great touch and beer and water in the fridge on arrival. Balcony is a great size and was sunny all day. Communication with the owner was excellent and replyed quickly. The apartment in on the Main Street but I had no problem with noise as restaurants close down by midnight. I will definitely be booking again in the future. The pool bar is great and value for money and good breakfasts in el cedro beneath the apartment. Yes you have to pay for sun beds but when all apartments are privately owned something has to keep the update of the fabulous pool. Definitely recommend if looking for a fabulous apartment in a great location

“Excellent location” We are a retired couple who have just spent two weeks in Audrey's apartment. We are very happy with our stay and have already booked the apartment for our sun holiday in January 2019. The apartment is on the ground floor with just a few steps to the apartment. The pool level can be reached by escalator. Another plus for us was the supermarket right across the road. There are a variety of restaurants very close by and of course I must mention the balcony which gets the sun all day. We spent many happy hours there. We will be very confident of having a lovely time there next year.

“Best location in PDLAy” Just returned from a 3 week stay at this fabulous apartment!! Everything we needed was on hand and the location is minutes from the beach and restaurants.Our favourite restaurant was Friends which was just round the corner. The pool area was great with loads of free beds. Thanks Julie for helping to make this a special time so much so that we've booked again for next year!!!

“Fantastic spacious double fronted apartment.” This apartment is fantastic, clean and tidy, with all the facilities you could imagine. Smart TV, great Wi-Fi, shower pressure is out of this world, dishwasher, washing machine, electric over and job, private terrace with 4 Sun loungers, great location backing onto the beach front with the use of fantastic complex facilities. Stayed for 10 days, could easily have stayed 10x longer. The local area has been modernised and has a lovely relaxed feel to it with shopping till you drop at great prices and wonderful food at so many choices of restaurants and bars. Overall would highly recommend this apartment, complex and area, 5 stars without a doubt.

“‘Nice Apartment in Superb Location’” The owner was very nice, polite and responsive to all communications, prior to and during our stay. The apartment has been well fitted out and decorated in modern style. A previous reviewer misled me a bit, saying the apartment had both a sea and pool view - the view of the pool and sea are some 500 and 600 mtrs away, mainly blocked by palm trees. On arrival at the flat, my wife and I were met with a number of problems.(which we advised the owner of immediately) which was very disappointing. The owner did send a tradesman round to fix the main problem after the holiday period, but that was 2 days before our departure. I did feel that due to the problems encountered, we might have been offered some rebate on the price we paid, due to the inconvenience caused - but this did not happen. In conclusion, a very nice apartment provided the owner pays a little more ‘attention to detail’ on some of the obvious things which can make a difference.
