“Home from Home” A pleasantly furnished apartment on the 23rd Floor, benefitting from both offshore and onshore breezes; with excellent views over the Miami Beach bay and surrounds. Apartment is extremely well equipped. The Miami Green complex is a residential complex with excellent facilities such as Pool, Tennis and Squash Courts, Sauna and Gymnasium. The pool area is nicely landscaped and benefits from cooling breezes and never feels crowded. The whole complex is well maintained with good levels of security. Undercover parking is available. Only a few minutes walk away from bus stops and short journey times to Batu Ferringhi and Georgetwon, and the local facilities on Miami Beach - including a bar/cafe excellent for informal drinks and food. Gurney Drive and Gurney Plaza Mall about 20 mins away by bus,car or taxi.Large Tesco's about 10 mins. Note - Miami Green Condiminiums is a Residential Complex, so there are expectations in respect of behaviour around the complex and in particular the Pool area. - unlike many Hotels.
