Relax around the pool or stroll along the beach or do whatever takes your fancy as it is all available at Sri Sayang. The resort condominium caters to both adults and children and the apartment is a home away from home.

Sri Sayang is a gated community with 24 hour security and all of the modern conveniences that you would need to make your holiday a pleasurable experience.

A luxuriously appointed fully renovated and tastefully furnished privately owned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with the sea at your door step and the lush rolling hills as the back drop.

The unit is fully equipped with a spacious private living room, dining area, kitchen and a balcony, from which guests can take in the superb views of Batu Ferringhi, the beach, the hills and the mainland in the distance.

“Exceptional apartment with outstanding view close to amazing beach”

We stayed at Susie's apartment for one month and called it home. And what a home! It was well appointed with all the amenities including kitchen and cooking needs. The apartment was modern, very spacious and clean. The large patio provided a million dollar view and we enjoyed numerous wonderful sunsets. A convenience store in the complex provided for our every need, including well priced wine. The apartment is a half block from a beautiful clean beach and within easy walking distance to some of the best restaurants and hawker stands in the area. The bus to Georgetown stopped in front of the property and taxis were a half block away. Susie, the owner, is a very caring,warm and accommodating person with a great sense of humour. She went out of her way to make things available for us and to ensure our comfort. We miss her already. The only downside to the property, and no fault of Susie's, was that lounge chairs around the pool were few and mostly broken. We understand that new chairs are on order. Thumbs up to Susie and we look forward to our next visit. We highly recommend this apartment and loved our Malaysian adventure!

“Would definitely recommend this apartment as it had everything we wanted and was first class.”

We stayed in the apartment for 7 days and it was fantastic .We were very pleased on our arrival.to Penang The owner had organised transfers from the airport to the apartment which was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, spotless with qood quality furnishings, comfortable beds and a wonderful shower. Everything worked well eg air con, fans washing machine etc and the views from the balcony were brilliant. There were fruit,coffee and biscuits awaiting us which we thought was very welcoming. Susie the owner could not do enought for the 4 of us and made us feel very much at home. I would certainly have no hesitation is recommending this apartment to anyone

“Excellent value for money”

This apartment is very well appointed. It was great value for money as we were travelling with 2 young children and our parents. It is convenient for everything especially with the rapid bus going from outside the door. A couple of people have mentioned previously that Susie's flat was excellent but the building itself was a bit shabby but it would appear that this has been addressed (the building was being painted while we were there). The only thing I would have liked in addition was an information guide in the apartment explaining a few things (how the hot water worked, where to get a tourist bus pass). A lovely stay in a lovely place

“Great views & location, fully equipped”

We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 Adults, 2 kids (5 & 9) and 2 grandparents. Plenty of room for all. The unit was fully equipped not only in the kitchen but other little touches like body wash in the showers, washing detergent & plenty of extra towels. Susie was always available to ask any questions and any suggestions. The beach was easily accessed across the road, the bus stop into Georgetown was at the front door and easy walking to the night markets and local eateries. We really enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony.

“Superb apartment and hospitality”

Have just departed Penang after a wonderful 7 night stay with my wife and 3 young children. The apartment is very well maintained and Susie really went the "extra mile" with some of the homely touches. If feels so much nicer than a hotel stay in my opinion. Having a proper kitchen, laundry and dining facilities makes travelling with young children so much easier. Plenty of nearby sights including Adventure Zone (across the road in the Shangri-la resort), Butterfly Park, Spice Garden, National Park, Tropical Fruit Farm - all within easy reach. Great restaurants nearby also. The views are absolutely superb as is the cooling sea breeze on the balcony. I will definitely be back and I have no hesitations in recommending this apartment to everyone.

“Fabulous holiday”

Everything about this holiday was great. The service and communication with Susie was excellent. She was very helpful at all times and responded to all requests. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the balcony, views and sea breezes. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and easy walk into town and bus stop right outside. We particularly enjoyed the pool on site. i have no hesitation in recommending it as a perfect holiday destination.

“Spacious and Great Location”

Well located opposite the expensive Shangri La hotel. A 5min walk into Batu Ferringhi where there are plenty of places to eat and drink.Plus easy access onto the beach. The apartment boasts a spacious lounge/ dining room,well fitted kitchen and 3 x double bedrooms,plus 2 x bathrooms with showers. A large balcony provides excellent views of the sea and marvellous sunsets. Cleanliness of the apartment and the friendliness of the owner make this a most welcoming holiday accommodation.

“home from home”

first class service received from Susie and her husband Jamie. The booking process and communication was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed and more. It was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was within walking distance of the night markets, eating places and the beach. There was a bus stop right outside the complex which meant that you were able to explore the island further. Just such a shame we couldnt have stayed longer!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Susie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
