“Awesome Apartment!” We stayed at this apartment on the 25th floor at Sri Sayang for 8 nights in July 2011 - my husband, myself and 4 year old son. I booked online and dealing with Suzie was an absolute pleasure. She was more than happy to assist with any queries and also booked our airport transfers on our behalf at very cheap rates. Once we arrived we were greeted by Suzie and Delia and was shown around the apartment. They had gone to so much trouble to make us feel welcome, stocking the kitchen with snacks for our little boy, and milk drinks and bottled water in the fridge so we didn't have to rush out to get supplies. Having met the lovely owners made us appreciate the apartment even more and to look after it on their behalf. I had been a little hesitant about being in a highrise with a young child but felt quite comfortable since the apartment had no outside balcony (it was built in, so had a larger living area) we were still able to appreciate the amazing sea views from the dining area as well as both bedrooms. The apartment was immaculate and so comfortable, set up with everything you could need. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us lots of space as well as laundry facilities which were very handy with a young child. The complex had a lovely pool which we made use of as well as a restaurant which had great food at very reasonable prices. Although on the edge of Batu Ferringhi we found Sri Sayang to be in a good location, we could either walk into town or made use of the bus which ran about every half hour with a bus stop directly out front of the complex. We would definitely stay here again and can't wait to go back.

“Nice stay, great pool” Stayed one week in Sharon's apartment. It was perfect size for two adults and a daughter age of two. Spending holiday with a small child it was perfect for us to live just next to the amazing swimming pool and we took good use of it. After the sleeping time of our daughter, we enjoyed sitting in the balcony. There are many good and cheap food stalls within walking distance, and making breakfast and snacks was ok. Two special things we recommend to do are Stardust cruise and going to night market full of delicious food. Want to extend warm thanks to Sharon & Leslie for making us feel welcome and to Mun for good tips. As per other reviews, the accommodation, service and hospitality were faultless. Have already recommended this apartment to colleagues and friends.

“Fabulous holiday” Everything about this holiday was great. The service and communication with Susie was excellent. She was very helpful at all times and responded to all requests. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the balcony, views and sea breezes. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and easy walk into town and bus stop right outside. We particularly enjoyed the pool on site. i have no hesitation in recommending it as a perfect holiday destination.

“Good value for money. Definitely return!” Just 5 minutes drive to Batu Ferringhi, and 10-15 minutes drive to Gurney Plaza, Miami Green is superbly located for a great family getaway. Located just behind the Hydro Hotel, where walk-in guests can enjoy the poolside restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. But, the apartments kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need if you'd prefer to cook at home. The fridge is huge - big enough to accommodate the needs of 4 - 6 adults and a couple of children. The lounge and dining area is spacious, though the lounge area could do with an additional sofa (or a bigger sofa than the one that was there when we stayed) or a couple more single lounge chairs. There's plenty of power-sockets for all of your electronics, but the single bedroom could do with the addition of a power socket as there is none. All of the air-conditioners work very well, and the hot water tanks are big enough for long hot showers. The water pressure isn't fantastic, but it is certainly adequate. There's a water filter in the kitchen so one doesn't necessarily need to stock up on bottled water for the fridge, but this is still advisable for those with sensitive tummies. There's ample wardrobe space, and loads of coat hangers. The cleaning service is available on call and is a small additional charge per visit (minimum of 4 hours, at just RM 15.00 per hour) and they'll even do your ironing. There's an iron and ironing board supplied. It would be great if there was also a vacuum cleaner supplied, but there's was a broom and dust-pan which sufficed. [Part one. to be continued.]
