“A great place for a country break” A peaceful farmhouse surrounded by fields and country homes with plenty of indoor space for large families or groups, ideally situated for long walks and bike rides. We very much enjoyed our stay in this property which also has a sunny, well protected courtyard off the kitchen area. Our kids loved watching the sheep in the field backing onto the property and talking to the local farmer. It was a real taste of France !

“After 34 visits we now know we like it!” We last wrote a review after our 27th visit, we have been seven times since and we have booked two visits in 2015. It just gets better and better and we are still finding new things to do. The highlight last month for the next two generations of our extended family was a self-driven trip on a small boat on the canal system on the outskirts of Saint Omer. The oldies opted for a slightly larger guided tour but it was magic. We will definitely do that again. The house continues to be welcoming and comfortable and there is plenty to do for all ages. The owners continue to make constant improvements which are much appreciated. Roll on next year.
