“Relaxing Stay” My partner and I stayed here with my daughter her husband and our 3 year old twin grandsons from 6th to 13 May 2012. The villa was lovely with everything you could need for a relaxing in stay in the beautiful sunshine. The boys loved the pool and there were lots of pool toys for them to play with. In a quiet location once you got your bearings you were only 5 minutes away from the harbour and beach in one direction and 5 minutes in the other direction to the main street with the many bars and restaurants. We liked the Windmill and Blue Spice particularly. We only felt the need to venture out during the day on one occasion when we caught the local bus to Protaras. Local bus costs only 1 euro and runs every 15 minutes and the beaches in Protaras are amazing with crystal clear water. Other than that we relaxed by the pool during the day which was lovely. I would definitely recommend the villa if you want a chilled out relaxing break but with the opportunity to explore if you want to.

“Peace and Quiet in Luxury” This villa is very luxurious. It is kitted out with every conceivable gadget to make it a home from home and thus an enjoyable holiday - eg flat screen TV's, bluetooth sound system, play station for the kids complete with a good variety of games, etc. The lounge area and patio area around the (quite superb) pool is very spacious and could easily accommodate two families of 4 without feeling in anyway cramped at all. In fact, it will prove to be much bigger than most people's main residences. The standard of finish is superb, particularly the bathrooms and the owner is fastidious in this respect and it shows. The kitchen is very well equipped for family meals and there is a very large dining table in addition to a kitchen bar table with stools (which most visitors will most probably use anyway). The beds are extremely comfortable and there is plenty of storage and wardrobe space for an extended stay if necessary. I particularly liked the slightly remote location as it proved to be very quiet and ideal to get away from the day-to-day noise of modern life. It's very quiet - there is no main road noise and it's not under a flight path; things we often forget to look out for when booking a holiday. There is even central heating fitted if you wanted to go there out of season - something you won't find in many such villas in Cyprus. Overall, an exceptionally clean, well-maintained and equipped, beautifully furnished, outstanding property. Some excellent local restaurants too.

“lovely villa in a great position” Lovely villa very clean throughout and well appointed. Great position 100 yards from beach. Local shops a bars very close. Broadwalk into Protaras is lovely - Protaras 20 min walk away. Car recommended to view rest of island. table tennis table at villa was nice bonus.
