“Home from home” Just recently came home from a two week stay at this apartment. I honestly could not fault it as it is set in a great location and has everything to offer. We were a group of 18 and we had numerous apartments round this complex. The pool was fantastic during the day and plenty of sun beds and at night you didn't have to walk far just a stroll up the hill and that's you at the start of the Main Street with all the restaurants and bars etc. The added value is the hotel next door where the kids could go and play on the slides and was really cheap for snacks and drinks. This was our first time renting a private apartment and I would highly recommend it and you'll probably find that you save a few bob as we did. Definitely would return as is quiet at night yet close to everything.

“Excellent appartment, highly recommended” We stayed in this apartment for a week in July 2012. We are a young couple and were just after an easy getaway for some sun and to relax. The apartment is located in the Sunset Beach complex with is a very modern and very well maintained complex. This particular apartment is on the ground floor, with a nice terrace which is literally 10 steps away from the pool! The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air-con, hairdryer, microwave, full kitchen, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, iron etc. You can research in more detail the location and facilities yourself, but in terms of the booking process, I can have no complaints. Raji was in constant contact in the lead up to our trip, answering any questions we had. On arrival, we were greeted by Nadine who gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our stay and had provided us with a welcome pack of food, drink and essentials to get us started. All in all, I can highly recommend booking this apartment if you are after a comfortable and relaxing getaway, the whole process through Holidaylettings.co.uk was hassle free.

“Fabulous relaxing holiday” We have just returned from a wonderful week at Beach residence. Wall to wall sunshine and the most amazing sunsets every evening from the balcony. The apartment is great and the bedrooms are very big. The pool is huge and generally very few people using it. Max of 10. The local beach is a 5 min walk and its lovely to swim there too. We used a local taxi company for the short ride into Gulluk they were so reliable and cheap. It is quite hilly so we didn’t attempt to walk there in the heat. We enjoyed Gulluk as it’s not a huge tourist spot but had lots of lovely restaurants along the harbour front. We chose Gulluk due to the 15 min transfer time from Bodrum airport, very handy. Booking was very straight forward and the local manager Gary was so helpful , he even organised a take away for us on our last evening We can’t wait to go back !!

“An excellent villa in a great location” No 1 is a villa of the highest quality, it's position in the complex allowed for privacy when desired and an area on the other side of the villa where you can be sociable with other guests. The complex is perfectly positioned, having a quiet location but close to all amenities in this friendly resort. The staff were very professional and most helpful. The prices were very reasonable at the pool bar and the food was very good.I would highly recommend this villa and will most certainly return ourselves.
