“relax, nature and silence in beautiful Datça” old building with modern renewing. very quiet, lots of space inside and outdoors. far away from the crowds, but everything you is available in the house, in the village of mesudiye or in datça. the terace becomes your living-room. beautiful swimming pool, but with the gorgeous beaches nearby, we haven't had enough time to use it. very green surroundings. nice and small restaurants in the villages.last but not least a spectacular view.
“I am a senior executive with a global luxury hotel company” From the very start the experience was excellent, the interaction with owner on the web and on the phone was friendly and sincere, The booking was easy and website information accurate and cearr.,Owner offered very helpful assistance with transit to and from the airport, and the rental car arrangments. It was very helpful and cost efficient. Moreover, the villa was absolutely beautiful, the rooms were gorgeously appointed with authentically local touches, top of the line electronics and appliances. Several places on the decks and balconies for our family of 5 to find refuge and unite for drinks and meals. The place was spotless yet flet like a real home. The location near the sea and the views were incredible. The infinity pool was great and enjoyed by all. We have rented several villas in the past in Italy, France ,Canada and this was by far the best and greatest experience.
“A lovely villa with stunning views over the Med and a charming garden and pool.” The area, Mesudiye near Datca, Turkey is a jewel. It's a 2 and a half hour drive from Dalaman Airport. The last 20 miles are sooo beautiful over stunning mountain roads along the Datca peninsula with amazing views of the Med and Aegean.
The villa is recently built in an elevated position overlooking the coast and villages below. There's a a couple of neighbours, a retired doctor just below and a farm a couple of hundred yards away - they've got some 'wakeful' dogs but it's too far to be a nuisance. Otherwise all is extremely tranquil.
You need a car of course and you can drive to the beaches (nearest about 7-8 mins), but there's a huge selection from deserted coves to places with restaurants and bars where you are cosseted with drinks and sunbeds etc.
The villa has everything you need, the pool is decent size and well maintained. The garden is charming and you can pick your own vegetables.
There's a wide choice for going out in the evening - the local villages all have variety of restaurants or for something more lively, go into Datca (20 mins).
We have been there three times and love it, the owner speaks English is very helpful and they are constantly improving and renewing. If I would change anything I'd rearrange the kitchen, it's OK you can do all you need, but if there's two of you in there you'll be tripping over each other...
Highly recommended if you want to get away from tourist crowds in a very unspoilt region.
