“Excellent appartment, highly recommended” We stayed in this apartment for a week in July 2012. We are a young couple and were just after an easy getaway for some sun and to relax. The apartment is located in the Sunset Beach complex with is a very modern and very well maintained complex. This particular apartment is on the ground floor, with a nice terrace which is literally 10 steps away from the pool! The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air-con, hairdryer, microwave, full kitchen, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, iron etc. You can research in more detail the location and facilities yourself, but in terms of the booking process, I can have no complaints. Raji was in constant contact in the lead up to our trip, answering any questions we had. On arrival, we were greeted by Nadine who gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our stay and had provided us with a welcome pack of food, drink and essentials to get us started. All in all, I can highly recommend booking this apartment if you are after a comfortable and relaxing getaway, the whole process through Holidaylettings.co.uk was hassle free.

“An excellent villa in a great location” No 1 is a villa of the highest quality, it's position in the complex allowed for privacy when desired and an area on the other side of the villa where you can be sociable with other guests. The complex is perfectly positioned, having a quiet location but close to all amenities in this friendly resort. The staff were very professional and most helpful. The prices were very reasonable at the pool bar and the food was very good.I would highly recommend this villa and will most certainly return ourselves.

“Excellent quality all round and a view to die for!” Absolutely 5 Star from start to finish. A very safe, reliable, systematic method of reservation/payment/deposit collection etc. Annie in Admin UK has lived in Turkey so has first hand experience. Is very professional but friendly and approachable and can answer all questions. If you have car hire,on arrival in resort you are met by one of the Team (Sara, Jenny or Peter) who will take you to the villa, show you around and leave a welcome pack. Great for us as we arrived in the dark and the villa would have been difficult to find. They are always just a phone call away if help is needed or any maintenance needs attending to. The villa is beautifully furnished throughout. New, modern, exceptionally clean and in good working order. Every room has its own large terrace with a high standard of furniture on each and a fantastic view of the sea, resort, coastline, islands depending on which way you look and can watch the boats/ yachts sailing past in the distance to/from the new Marina. So peaceful and relaxing. The pool and surrounding terraces/garden are exceptionally well furnished and maintained. It really made our holiday relaxing around the pool with choice of seating all with a stunning view. The resort is new and growing but at the moment still has charm, small central area with restaurants, bazaar, market etc. Plenty of good quality fish restaurants towards the new marina and some designer shops. Reasonable supermarkets. In our opinion, a car is needed as the villa is on the edge of the town, built on a mountainside, so with the hill and distance it would be difficult to walk around. Bodrum is only a 30 minute drive and worth visiting. The only thing I would point out is that the description states "several steps" from the road to villa entrance. There are 32 steep stone steps. Going down is easier than up! Bearing in mind the villa is on 3 levels. So from leaving the car to the villa, up to master bedroom to get changed and down to villa pool was 32 down, 16 up, 32 down. You do the math! As there were only 2 of us we decided not to use the master bedroom and were very happy in one of the bedrooms leading straight out to the pool. Besides the unplanned exercise, we enjoyed this villa and location so much we have already booked to go back again in Oct 2013 and June 2014.
