“Fabulous holiday.” Lovely clean apartment. Gardens and pool all very well maintained. Everything that you would need is in the apartment. Easy to order a taxi from the push button. Dolmus every 1/2 hour until early evening. Nice and peaceful. view from the front balcony of the mountains. It is a little out and a bit far to walk in the heat for the supermarkets. The taxi service was good and only about £2.50 each way to Calis where there was a small Lidil on the beach front. Plenty of other supermarkets around just not that near. Would very happily stay there again. Excellent communication from the owner who answered our questions very quickly.

“Home from home” Just recently came home from a two week stay at this apartment. I honestly could not fault it as it is set in a great location and has everything to offer. We were a group of 18 and we had numerous apartments round this complex. The pool was fantastic during the day and plenty of sun beds and at night you didn't have to walk far just a stroll up the hill and that's you at the start of the Main Street with all the restaurants and bars etc. The added value is the hotel next door where the kids could go and play on the slides and was really cheap for snacks and drinks. This was our first time renting a private apartment and I would highly recommend it and you'll probably find that you save a few bob as we did. Definitely would return as is quiet at night yet close to everything.

“Excellent appartment, highly recommended” We stayed in this apartment for a week in July 2012. We are a young couple and were just after an easy getaway for some sun and to relax. The apartment is located in the Sunset Beach complex with is a very modern and very well maintained complex. This particular apartment is on the ground floor, with a nice terrace which is literally 10 steps away from the pool! The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air-con, hairdryer, microwave, full kitchen, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, iron etc. You can research in more detail the location and facilities yourself, but in terms of the booking process, I can have no complaints. Raji was in constant contact in the lead up to our trip, answering any questions we had. On arrival, we were greeted by Nadine who gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our stay and had provided us with a welcome pack of food, drink and essentials to get us started. All in all, I can highly recommend booking this apartment if you are after a comfortable and relaxing getaway, the whole process through Holidaylettings.co.uk was hassle free.

“Excellent all round service from start to finish” The customer service has been excellent - from making the initial enquiry with Nicola, all my queries were answered quickly and honestly and I felt totally reassured. The organised airport transfers were also excellent, new vehicles, with polite drivers . Although we arrived at the apartment fairly late, there was someone there to meet us and show us around the complex. Nadine came to visit the next morning and answer any questions we may have had. The apartment itself had everything you could wish for - 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom, well equipped and lovely balconies for our lunch and a glass of wine in the evening!! Sunset Beach Complex has several pools all very clean and serviced every day, and gardens are well kept. There is a small shop and Turkish Spa on site both of which we used. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It is a 10 min walk to the start of the Chalis promenade and 25 mins to the centre of the town, but the local dolmus pass every few minutes and cost 2 lira (50p) - very easy to use! All in all a very relaxing holiday with good food, friendly people and great weather! Would certainly book through Holiday Lettings and Maison-Sol Holiday Rentals again

“Lovely apartment in a great location, would definitely recommend!” Myself and my family stayed in Sunshine Apartments for 2 weeks in August this year and absolutely loved it! If you are considering booking this apartment for your next holiday - do it!! The apartment was clean, spacious and furnished beautifully. There were several balconies and the main balcony overlooking the pool was lovely to sit out on to eat your lunch. The air conditioning throughout the apartment was great in the heat and all the extra facilities like the washing machine, flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock just really added to the apartment's appeal. We have rented several holiday apartments before and this was by far the nicest we have stayed in and had everything we needed for our stay. The only small issue we had was that there were a few power cuts in the complex while we were there, but they didn't last long at all and this is something that the complex manager assured us is going to be resolved soon, so it wouldn't be an issue in future. It certainly didn't spoil our holiday in any way and we would definitely return again to the same apartment. The pool area was lovely and clean, as was the rest of the complex, and we had 4 sunbeds for our use which was great. The turtle shaped pool was really nice looking and there was a decent sized children's pool if you have young children. Even when there were quite a lot of people around the pool it never got too busy. The pool could be used between 8.30am and 10pm and you were allowed lilos and beach balls which was great, as some apartment complexes we've stayed in before don't allow these. The residents who lived in the complex were all very friendly and helpful, which really added to our stay. Mike and Dawn (the apartment owners) were also very friendly and helpful both before and during our stay, answering any questions we had and giving lots of information about the apartment and the area. Booking the apartment was very straightforward, as was sorting payment and receiving the apartment key, making booking our holiday a pleasant experience. The area of Calis Beach where the apartment is located is really nice. There were 2 small supermarkets within a few minutes walk and the main strip of bars and restaurants was within a 10 minute walk. The main strip is located along the beach front which is lovely for sitting out in the evening and watching the sunset. There is such a wide variety of restaurants available that everyone is catered for, we ate out most nights and all of our meals were really lovely. We would particularly recommend the SAT restaurant where you can sit out on the jetty to eat, which has a beautiful view. The beach at Calis is a shingle beach so isn't quite as pretty as some sandy beaches. This didn't bother us though as we only went to the beach once, preferring to stay by the pool. If you do like sandy beaches though, the beach at Olu Deniz is absolutely beautiful and only about half an hours drive. Public transport in the area is really good for getting to places like Fethiye and Olu Deniz, and is very cheap too. There was plenty to do and visit in the area surrounding Calis Beach. We did several excursions which we booked from a company along the beach front at a really good price. Would really recommend the Olu Deniz boat trip and the Fethiye 12 islands boat trip. The Calis beach market is brilliant for souvenirs and for cheap fruit and vegetables and is literally at the top of the road from the apartment. We loved it so much we went twice during our stay! All in all, we had a brilliant holiday and would like to say a massive thank you to Dawn and Mike for letting us rent your lovely apartment! I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay in Calis beach - it's a great apartment, in a great location, at a great price too. We didn't want to come home and would definitely love to return!
