“Another Excellent Stay” We stayed at Casa Dos Cisnes for the first time in 2011 and we had such a great time that we had to return at the end of October 2013. The second time did not disappoint. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the house is gorgeous. We will be returning soon.

“Amazing place, amazing service!” From the moment we arrived we felt at home. A fabulous house that combines the outdoors with all the comforts of home. The rooms are huge with everything you could need.We stayed during a hurricane and were not bothered by it at all. The home is nestled among the trees and is protected from the wind and rain.The staff were exceptional and catered for us as well with meals that were as good as anything you could buy at the top restaurants in the area. When travelling with a group of 11 divers it requires a lot of timing and room to spread our equipment, photographic gear etc out and the Villa allows this as it is so spacious.

“Incredible! We are coming back next year.” In early 2013, my husband, daughter, son-in-law and I decided that rather than our typical gift giving exchanges during the holidays, anniversaries and birthdays, we would pool our gift cash into an account and take a vacation to a warmer location in the dead of winter. By spring, after much research and reviews, we found Shawn's El Faro Reef 202 condo and booked. From my first correspondence with Shawn until our arrival at El Faro, Shawn was a breeze to work with - always promptly replying to my questions and needs. Upon our arrival at El Faro, we were greeted and welcomed by angie and the management staff of Caribbean Beach Properties (CBP). Angie gave us wonderful information about the El Faro property and guided us to our condo, which she gave us a thorough run through of the amenities within the condo and their appropriate use. Angie and her staff made a point of staying in touch during our visit to make sure that all was well. The condo itself was beautiful, clean and well equipped for our week stay. All we had to do was unpack and start our adventure. After unpacking, it was hard to depart from the balcony of the condo because of the amazing ocean views and sounds. El Faro has an attentive security staff onsite that patrols the property at all times. My family and I felt very secure and safe at all times. Housekeeping was provided every other day which worked out terrific for us. We probably enjoyed most of all the ocean views and having a quiet and secure location away from the activities on 5th avenue, especially the sunrise views at 6:00 a.m. We definitely participated in the activities on 5th avenue, but were able to easily stroll back to the condo within a few blocks. Our week stay was perfect and relaxing ... but, we need to experience it again and will be back next year.

“This must be what heaven feels like!” There are many surprises behind the walls and doors of San Miguel, but Casa Carole was truly like walking into paradise. From the extraordinarily handsome rooms and furnishings to the magnificent courtyard, pool and roof terraces, it was one delight and discovery after another. After 10 days we were still finding lovely details and touches inside and out! We shared the entire space among three couples and were amazed with both the larger common spaces to gather and all the quiet, private nooks and hideaways for reading and relaxing. The casa's location couldn't be better - next to a lovely church, neighborhood bakery and market, and just a quick walk to downtown and the Jardin. Our housekeepers were top-notch and spoiled us rotten. Imagine our distress at the end of our stay, when we had to pack and go back to the real world! We can't recall a happier, more carefree vacation, and can't wait to return.

“Best villa for the last 10 years” Dear owners, dear staff of Casa Emelina, thank you for the wonderful stay at the best villa we ever rented. We had more fun as we ever estimated. The chef did a great job, i still miss his excellent dishes. Our kids loved the huge pool and the green garden. You will find everything you dreamed about in that hidden paradise. “Little slice of paradise” Incredible food. Perfect beach. Professional, talented staff. Great house -- comfortable, classy and laid back, all at the same time. Me and a few friends rented the villa for four days in February, and we had not a single complaint. If you are looking for a low key beach vacation, away from crowds and hubbub, this is a wonderful spot to consider. I can't think of a single complaint. Oh, and the view from the SkyLounge -- exceptional.

“This place has it all!” This condo had everything we wanted while vacationing in Mexico. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas were updated and beautiful. We loved that the pool and beach were only a few steps from the patio, and that there is a beautiful coral reef just moments from the shore. We snorkeled everyday. You can swim with dolphins, eat at great restaurants, and shop in the cute little stores in the marina at Puerto Aventuras, which is only a 5 minute walk from the condo. If you are looking for the perfect vacation home, this is it! We will be back!

“Fantastic location, beautiful home, excellent caretakers!” We arrived as an extended family of 8 to Casa Dena for spring break. I had my 80-year-old mother with us, who suffers limited mobility. We were blown away by the splendor of the place, the grand entry, the ocean within our reach! The rooms are perfect -- all have ocean views and enjoy those breezes. . .excellent accommodations for 8 people, though 10 would be pushing it. My teenagers had a great time, the location was spectacular - close to lots of eco-parks (we hit Xcaret - nice!), the Casa Cenote down the street (worth the small ticket for admission and snorkeling gear), Blue Sky and Casa Cenote restaurants, and day trips to the Tulum beaches (awesome) and akumal (go to Lol Ha for dinner!). Tulum has great shopping only minutes away. Finally, we were blown away by Daisy and armando, their cooking (we asked for dinner and breakfast -- should have asked for more!), and their gentle hospitality. Thank you for offering your home to us!

“Super fabulous, very happy family...” The property and villa is exceptional. Very well decorated and has the best vibe for entertaining. Mimi was our concierge and was very helpful and welcoming. This was a surprise trip for my family. All they knew before hand was cancun airport. I had pre arranged night time chef service. That was a+. we had 15 people who were all accomadated for at ease. Anna Paulo was our main chef. She made beautiful desserts! We also had Martin as a daytime bartender, he made sure everyone had a beverage from the dock to the pool to the garden. Good stuff :) The family enjoyed taking the golf carts into the dolphin area with shops and stores. We rented them for the week. The villa had them ready when we arrived in the driveway. Best thing ever was the night entertainment. Worth every penny . Water drums and fire dancers. 1 hour show. So amazing. You feel the drums and the water color splashing about with heat from the fire ...it's quite impressive, must see! I'm already making plans for the next trip back. We felt safe. Had everything a large group needed. Very accomadating. Playa Del Carmen was pretty close by by taxi. Bring water shoes if you go in the ocean. My next trip will include a tequila tasting at villa for one of the nights and a day trip to the salt caves and everything else the same :) Super Fabulous Vacation @ Hacienda Del Mar!!
