“Amazing Stay at Casa 3 Palmas!!” Our family of 5, including 3 boys ages 12, 10 and 7, decided to stay at a private villa during our recent trip to the Manuel antonio area of Costa Rica. When we came upon the Casa 3 Palmas on the internet, we knew this would be a great place for our family for 3 nights. From our arrival until our check out, we were thoroughly impressed and had an amazing stay. From the very start, Howard (the owner, lives in the USa) will get you set up and answer any questions you have. You receive a wonderfully informative packet via e-mail from Tom Barron, the property manager who lives locally in the Manuel antonio area. Both Howard and Tom are amazing. Tom met us at the villa upon our arrival and spent lots of time showing us around our new home for the next 3 days. Everything was perfect--the pool, the kitchen, movies for kids, comfort of the beds, etc--we couldn't ask for more. All at an extremely reasonable price, as well. The location was perfect--just a short drive to great restaurants, the beach at Manuel antonio and downtown Quepos. The home was very comfortable, spacious and had plenty of room for our family. The pool area was the highlight and where we spent a lot of our time. Tom came by everyday to make sure we were doing well. He offered suggestions on restaurants and made reservations for any activities we wanted--including the Ziplining through Canopy Tours in Quepos. He personally took us to the Manuel antonio beach and introduced us to his local contacts, giving us a great deal on beach chairs, a canopy and boogie boards for the kids. The only regret we had was that we didn't spend another day or two at the villa! Everything was amazing--we'll definitely be back and stay at the same place! Our kids want to go for 3 weeks right now! I highly recommend staying at the Casa 3 Palmas for a relaxing stay in the Quepos/Manuel antonio area of Costa Rica!

“Ultimate relaxing vacation” My girlfriend and I and her parents spent a week at Casa Brisas de la Montana. The home is fantastic. It has everything one needs and is absolutely stunning and the location is perfect. The mountain setting was a different choice for us and I couldn't be happier. It has changed the way I will book vacations because I enjoyed it so much. You feel like you have the entire Costa Rican jungle to yourselves and perched on the mountain, the view is amazing. When you are taking the first drive up the winding gravel mountain road, you will ask yourself "where am I going?". However, once you are at the villa, you realize this is one of the best features of the location - you have absolute privacy and no distractions like most tourist-oriented properties. I can honestly say it was the most relaxing environment I have ever stayed at. It was very easy to balance activities away from the villa with relaxing at the villa. We alternated days between enjoying the sunbathing/swimming/reading with day trips away from the moutain. When you are at the villa you can easily take in horseback riding (we went on two afternoon excursions to see the monkeys and birds) and hiking. There is a zip line just 10minutes down the hill that was awesome and we hiked to a waterfall for a dip in a mountain stream. On days away from the mountain, we went deep sea fishing (thanks Tom) and to the Manual antonio park. Each was a leisurely drive arranged by Randy and Claudia. The service was excellent - from the pickup at the airport to taking care of absolutely any day-to-day requirements. Randy and Claudia made sure that if there was anything we needed, it was handled immediately - driving, tours, food and drink, etc. We arranged to have a catered meal one night at the villa which worked out fantastic and several nights we grilled ourselves. We also loved the small authentic restaurants near the villa and in Parrita. This was the best vacation I have ever taken.

“Villa Grande- what a perfect place!!” Villa Grande is the perfect getaway for a group of adults! The house is located about a 5 minute cab ride from Manuel antonio down a winedy jungle road. Villa Grande is one of the last houses on the road and truly is a piece of paradise. The house is laid out to give adults privacy while supplying many gathering areas. The master suite on the top floor has stunning views of the entire valley and is accompanied by a dining/bar area for dinners and late night fun. We ate every homemade dinner in this area and watched magical sunsets before going to dinner at Manuel antonio's many wonderful restaurants including El'Avon and Café Aqua azul. The 3rd floor kitchen, breakfast area, and living room provided a great escape from the morning sun as we made breakfast in the fully stocked and roomy kitchen. The wildlife is at your fingertips on this all glass floor as you peer into the trees around the property. The only need in this area and the pool area is an ice machine. Villa Grande's best asset is definitely the pool area. The pool was the perfect temperature and has areas for sitting in the water, lounging in floats and a swim up bar. We were greeted by iguanas each morning and by our own tribe of spider monkeys each afternoon. A sloth even made an appearance one night in one of the huge trees next to the pool area. The views from the infinity wall of the pool give a wilderness feel as you gaze into the valley and see all the way to the coastline. The remaining bedrooms on the 1st & 2nd floors are spacious and comfortably furnished for midday naps and evenings in.
