“as always an excellent holiday - perfection” we have been staying at the Garden Villa's for a number of years now and regard it as home from home...it's our bolthole!! the villas have excellent views of the bay and mountains and are only a 5 minute walk from the village, the locals are very friendly and helpful. Stavros and his family are always very warm and welcoming and want your stay to be perfect. the villas have a private pool and lovely gardens, someone comes in everyday to clean, empty bins, change bedding and towels, there is always a welcome pack from Stavros to tide you over until you go shopping (including a lovely bottle of wine!). we regard the villas as excellent value for money and would highly recommend that people contact Stavros if they want a truly relaxing holiday!

“All we could wish and more than we expected” We stayed in apartment 11 and enjoyed it very much. High quality apartment: good beds, enough space, wonderful view over the sea. Lovely swimming pool and pool bar (where you have a wifi connection). Beautiful garden. Excellent cleaning of the apartment. And most of all: Dionyssos, Rosa and Joy are very hospitable and very, very nice. Their wonderful barbecue night brings back the best of memories. Dionyssos picked us up at the airport in his taxi, so we did not have any trouble finding the apartment. It is only 15-20 minutes from the airport. We rented a car for the two weeks of our stay (Joy made the arrangements for that) - and you do need a car. That is, if you want to see much of the beautiful island.

“Just Breathtaking” What a wonderful time we have had at Amari Villa – paradise on the island of Kefalonia. Amari Villa is set in a wonderful, breathtaking location, seeing is believing. As we first arrived at Amari Villa, our breath was taken away by the unbelievable setting. As we entered the Villa, we couldn’t believe the size and the quality of the furnishing. The owners have really thought about comfort and convenience. The open plan lounge, dining and Kitchen occupy nearly the whole of the ground floor. We spent most of our time either outdoors or in the kitchen. Due to the setting of the Villa, we just wanted to spend the whole day just sitting on the many balconies gazing at the wonderful views of the sea, mountains and the Island of Zante. Amari Villa is exceptionally equipped and furnished, everything we needed was provided for. The Island of Kefalonia has so many beaches and sites to visit, however once we were at Amari Villa we only wanted to swim, sunbath, eat, drink and sleep. The small beach, which is only 10 minutes walk from Amari Villa, is secluded and quite, ideal for families. We highly recommend Amari Villa which can be shared with family and friends. We will be returning soon.

“Amazing views, away from it all, peaceful and up there with the very best in luxury self catering accommodation.” This was our third visit to Villa Alto Mare. Needless to say we are hooked on the place. It is the perfect get away to relax and unwind. Catherine is the perfect host - who will make you feel like it's your home for the duration of the stay, is very helpful if you need her and leaves you to get on with your holiday. The views are spectacular - living up to its name of Open Sea with panoramic unspoilt views taking in the mountains of Kefalonia on one side and the cliffs to the sea on the other. Catherine has thought of everything you might need in the villa - from an 'enthusiastic' ice making machine - keeping your drinks nice and cold through to pool and beach towels. You will have a wonderful stay at this magnificent villa.
