“Very Pleasant, but, a little annoyed and disappointed” The condition and amenities of the unit were very nice, but, the design and layout of the kitchen was poorly thought-out. The space behind the counter is too narrow. Two people cannot work in the kitchen together. The Dishwasher door cannot be opened fully unless the two rear cabinet doors are opened, which means you cannot pass by the dishwasher with the door down. With the narrow space, the dishes, and pots and pans in the rear cabinets are difficult to access. And the glasses and cups stored over the refrigerator are difficult to reach and impossible for a short person. The counter needs to be moved out to flush with the TV wall, and, the rear cabinets need to be mounted above the rear counter. The mirror is a nice touch, but not needed, and infringes upon the efficiency of operation in the kitchen. Nice unit, but, because of the poorly designed kitchen, I would not stay there again, or recommend it to a friend. Other than those flaws, the unit is very nice.

“Great Time” Had a great time at the Royal Mauian. Never did meet a represenitve from ali'i, but they were very helpful over the phone and everthing worked just like they said it would. I would rent agian and agian. The Rroyal Mauian was a wounderful place to stay and close to everything. The only reasaon I did not give my stay 5 stars is the condo is very clean but worn, that's it. I and my family enjoyed the time we spent in Maui

“memorable” I found the unit pretty much as expected except the master bedroom with no water view, but the location of the unit trumps all other factors. Elua village is a wonderful development and the location of 1305 made the experience unforgettable. The unit needs some updating and really cries for a better TV in the living room. The service provided by ali'i could not have been much better. I dealt mostly with Ili ahi. She was terrific and is a great face for ali'i. If I am fortunate enough to return, I will first try to use ali'i for my accommodations. Thank you for helping to make my vacation one of the best ever.

“Fabulous Girls Getaway” We had so much fun at the Nalu. The suite was recently renovated so it was so comfortable. The location is the best with the activities and shops so close by. The snorkeling just steps away was great and lots of turtles to be seen. The view from the Lanai was excellent with beach viewing, ocean life to watch and sunsets.

“Amazing!” Kihei Surfside was truling amazing. The condo was up date date, comfortable and offered a splendid view of the ocean. Everything was very clean.

“Stunning Suite and Resort” My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Honua Kai. The suite was stunning and spacious with all the amenities of home. Situated on the private side of the building, we enjoyed the ocean views and sunsets from the beautiful, tranquil, lanai. An added bonus was the beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear and cooler - even the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. The grounds were lovely and every morning we walked the beach walk to the Whaler's Village then back to Duke's for happy hour. Jill was so friendly, accommodating and helpful with lots of advice on the resort and nearby restaurants/sights. She was always a phone call or text away. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing vacation and we are hoping to stay in Jill and Terry's suite when we go back this summer. Thanks for making our stay a beautiful and memorable one!

“Week in Paradise!!!” We had the most amazing family vacation at Papakea G-407. The complex is located in a great area, close and convenient to shopping, dining, awesome beaches. It is small enough to feel like its your personal space, but has amenities and class of the big mega resorts. The actual unit was very comfortably furnished, had everything we needed, and extras we were not expecting. Sitting on the Lanai, watching the ocean over breakfast and dinner or enjoying a glass of wine was just the best! Our family really loved the fact that the condo was affordable to the point that we could get out, explore and enjoy all that Maui had to offer. Great Snorkeling, Zip-lining, Luau, shopping, many fantastic restaurants and a sunset vow renewal on the beach. The best part of renting from anne and Wes is the care that they took to make sure we had everything we needed for the best vacation ever. Lots of advice and tips that you cannot get from anyone unless they know the island. They turned us on the the best places to snorkel, places to eat, places to shop, things to do. The personal attention was better than any concierge! My family will definitely be back, there is no reason to test out another resort!

“Perfect Location for a Perfect Kahului Vacation” My husband and I loved this large beautiful roomy condo at the Whalers in Maui. The wonderful fact that it is on the ground floor (no elevators wait time) and entrances from both the front door and direct lanai access to beach was such an added plus. We were literally 30 steps from the ocean yet it is quiet and feels very private. The well-stocked kitchen provided everything (except for the food and wine) for our sunset cocktails and steak dinners on the waterfront. Passers-by were envious of our perfect unobstructed ocean view. This is an ideal spot for a romantic get-away, close to everything we love about Maui.

“Amazing Views and Fabulous Comfort” With amazing ocean views from every room and beautiful furnishings throughout you may be tempted to never leave this condo. But the perfect beach with a great snorkeling spot just steps away will lure you out. My husband and two teenage daughters felt we were vacationing in the lap of luxury.

“Beautiful Maui "Hideaway"” This "hideaway" lived up to all of my expectations. It was clean, comfy, had all of the amenities to make for a perfect escape from the Portland weather! It was just a 5 minute walk to the Maalea Harbor with many fun shops and delicious restaurants. It also had it's own little private beach just a few steps from the condo, and sat on a beautiful property. The owner was most helpful in answering all of my questions and the pictures show it exactly as it was. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a perfect location to enjoy the island of Maui.

“Fantastic accommodations in a beautiful resort.” Our third time at the Ko Olina Beach Villas and our second time renting from these owners. That should say it all.

“Fantastic trip to Maui and stay at Maui Kai” My husband and I were looking for both a fun and relaxing trip to Hawaii. Staying at the Maui Kai was truly fantastic, a great home base for our vacation!! We loved the fact that it was right on the beach, and we could go for jogs or walks along it anytime we wanted to. There was also a boardwalk a few steps from the condo building where we could walk/jog for what seemed like forever - just fantastic!! We were able to walk all the way into Whaler's Village and beyond on it. We found a Starbucks right on the beach and chilled out for several hours watching the surf and breathing the ocean air. We rented a car while there which gave us maximum freedom to get around. There is a great little shopping plaza right down the lane from the condo which allowed us to get a some groceries and other things we needed, as well as having a few restaurants close-by. We were able to make healthy meals at home, and use the Bbqs as well, or we could go out to eat as well. We really liked the variety and options. The condo building was immaculate, and very well maintained, although it is an older building, it was well very well taken care of. We were able to watch the sun set at night on the beautiful lanai, which was dreamy. Although we didn't stay in unit #806 as they didn't have full availability while we were there, Art & Sophie Nickel took care of us and ensured we were set-up in another room for our stay. All I can say was that it was a true pleasure dealing with art, he called us directly to prepare our reservation,gave us lots of great info, answered all of our questions and ensured we got a great unit on one of the top floors. We highly recommend the Maui Kai - it was just perfect all around, and we will be going back for sure!!!

“Beautiful Location” Beautiful scenic location on the south side of Maui facing Molokini right on the beach. Tastefully furnished, very spacious with everything you could want on a vacation.

“Awesome Vacation” The staff of ali'i are great! Helpful, honest and humorous. #329 was a comfortable condo, the view is great, we love the pool and beach access. However #329 could definetly use a new sofa!! and some nicer touches.We would stay in 329 again if the sofa was replaced. We did enjoy every minute of our vacation!

“Lovely Condo with Spectacular View” We rented number 414 at Sugar Beach Resort for two weeks in May 2013. It was everything the pictures showed it to be. We loved sitting on the lanai each morning watching the activity on the the beach and in the water, which was right below us. The unit was beautiful wonderfully stocked with everything we needed and more. We appreciated having the beach chairs and cooler at our disposal. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen felt so spacious with lots if counter space to work with. The sofa was comfortable. The TV very nice and though we didn't have time to watch it often, we appreciated the wide variety of available channels. The layout of the unit made it very comfortable and we look forward to returning!

“Perfect for a family!” This unit was clean and well cared for. Great Hawaiian decor and unbelievably large lanai with awesome view! Private and right on the water. Grounds are nice, pool and hot tub are great. Short drive to lots of sites and shops. We loved our stay and hope to return.

“Very nice condo” Enjoyed the stay at #540. Excellent views from living room and lani. Five floors of steps though.

“very, very nice” has all you would want for condo rental - clean, modern, everything works and no hassles. 9 out of 10 rating. This is our third vacation in this unit.

“Two Weeks of Bliss” We were very impressed with the professional and helpful service that was provided to us from ali'i Resorts. We would certainly use them again. Since we were the last unit on the main floor and we were the only big tree that provided some shade just a couple of feet from your lanai you did not always have privacy to eat your meals outside on your lanai. We would get up and get our lounge chairs all set up for a little sun and if we left them for a few minutes the other people took them and our spot. We got used to it after a while. They would leave their towels and books on the chairs in front of our unit for the whole day and come and go as they pleased. The condo had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen - there was not a kitchen gadget that was not there - the linens between the bedroom sheets to bathroom towels were a-1. The accommodations were very good - a lot of space. The location was great - there was a market for fruits,vegetables and baked goods right across the street. There was also an aBC store right across the street if you needed any last minute groceries (eggs, milk, juice etc.). We loved hearing the waves during the day and night, the site was very quiet and peaceful, the property was very clean as well. This is a excellent family location.

“#303 Kihei Beach Condominiums” Very nicely refurbished unit with tasteful decoration and good quality appliances. We enjoyed our stay.

“Spotless oceanfront condo with amazing view” Kihei Beach Resort is a well kept facility, #305 was very clean, modern and had a great view. Loved having my own bathroom!! The location is good- quieter than the main Kihei beach area- across the street from a farmer's market and aBC store, but only a few minutes drive to Kamoale beaches and Wailea. Will definitely go back. Ali'i Resorts had great customer service, very prompt and helpful.

“A good month” This was a return visit to KBR. Unit 402 was very comfortable. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped although you should throw out the old fry pans and get new ones. We would return to this unit another time. Disappointed in the rate increase that wa quoted to us. The unit is not worth $9000 per month. For that reason alone, we would not return.

“Good location, beachfront, relaxing and peaceful.” The Unit was very nice and clean and comfortable. Great location and great views. Lots of good restaurants close by and grocery stores. Would love to stay here again.
